After he reached out to me to help resolve a matter involving the financing of the car I purchased, the general manager has ghosted me. A week later the matter remains unresolved. I don’t understand the lack of communication - this is an easy thing to rectify. Between the finance manager and general manager I am receiving poor customer service.

I bought a new car yesterday. Tyana was my sales person, and she was pleasant to deal with, didn't waste my time, and spent a lot of time making sure I understood all about the car. The finance person, Amanda, was nice and hospitable. Altogether my most pleasant experience buying a car, and I have bought many.

I purchased a 2020 Land Rover from this dealership with only 50,000 miles on it. Prior to coming and I had ask the sales person if they ran it through service and did it need anything and what did they do to it and they said they did run it through service and the only thing that needed was a new battery. After agreeing to numbers through the phone I scheduled a time to come look at the vehicle and purchase it. Upon arriving when I first started the vehicle I saw that an airbag light was on when the sales person checked with service they already knew about it and had an appointment to get it fixed yet he didn't say anything about that in the initial conversations about the vehicles service. They agreed to take care of it since it was a safety issue which seemed to be important to them that safety issues were fixed. They claimed that was covered under warranty as well. The salesman said since it was a black vehicle he wasn't going to wash it so I believe he did that to hide the fact that on the first time I drove the vehicle in the rain water was coming through the whole top of the windshield and hitting me in the face. I sent a text to him about the windshield leak and he almost immediately responded with there is a service bulletin out on windshields and that LanRover would likely fix it for free. I find it funny that a Mazda dealer knows the service bulletins off the top of their head, it's more likely he knew about the leaky windshield and that's why he didn't wash the vehicle. I made a appointment at Land Rover of Solon for the airbag and the windshield and when I brought it in they do a complementary inspection and they told me that the vehicle has bad brakes all the way around. So to a dealer that seems to be worried about selling safe vehicles they let me take a vehicle home with a bad airbag, leaky windshield, and bad brakes. This is unacceptable customer service this is unacceptable etiquette and everybody needs to know that this is the way the dealer operates. They sold me a unsafe vehicle that needs thousands of dollars in brakes also the airbag they claimed was under warranty was not

Mazda of Kent was great. I was an out of state buyer for a hard to find 2023 Mazda cx-50 in a particular trim and interior/exterior combination. I dealt with 4 people, Shane (sales consultant) Andrew and Amanda (finance) and Steven (general manager). Not a bad thing to say about the bunch, communications were quick, negotiating was fair, and they assisted me until I took delivery. Thanks Mazda of Kent

This was my first time buying a car as a younger single woman and I was very nervous about having a pushy salesperson who would take advantage of me. Tyana, my saleswoman, was the most pleasant surprise--she made the entire thing a very relaxing experience and prioritized that I felt happy and comfortable with my purchase. I feel I got a very good deal on my car (compared to other prices online of cars of the same make & similar year/milage) and also was satisfied with the trade-in value I got for my old car (and their willingness to tow it from my driveway 50 minutes away at no extra cost).

I had a nail in my tire and went to Mazda since I had purchased the tire package. Instead of a patch they approved a new tire free of charge which was great. My only gripe would be when I walked inside there were 3 people behind the desk and 2 were talking to each other. I stood there for a good 60 seconds right in front of them before anyone acknowledged me. It was just a little awkward. At least say hello or we'll be with you shortly.

The absolute best car buying experience! Everyone I worked with was helpful and answered every one of my hundreds of questions. Once I bought a car, they took the time to walk me through how to set up Apple Car Play and teach me how to turn on my wipers and lights. This is the only dealership I’ll be shopping at going forward!

I was in a car wreck and having to go buy a new car was something I highly didnt want to do. But after seeing one of their listings and talking to a salesperson (Shane) it was a quick and painless purchase for a newer and better version of the car I lost and has everything I want and more at a great price. Highly recommend cause I'm still loving my new mazda3.

I recently brought a Mazda cx 5 last Saturday. My salesman Ron made the process a smooth experience. He made sure any questions or concerns I had about the vehicle was handled accordingly. The manger was also honest and fair with the pricing. A few days later Ron made a curiosity call to check to see if I still enjoyed the vehicle and if I was having any issues with it. If you’re looking for a stress free experience with honest salesman I would recommend you go to Mazda of Kent.

Half decent experience. Although I really like my Cx5 snd my salesman Kurt was very pleasant, I’ve experienced several different issues with the car since purchased. Which is causing me a lot of trips back and forth to the dealer on the tires that are already half worn tires that were supposed to be “new”. Of course management swept that under the rug once the sale was made and if there’s one thing I’m big on is customer service and how much my business is valued. Very passive aggressive response to my concerns.
