I called to literally make an appointment to have them look at my PC and they provided input to me that solved my issue over the phone. Wonderful experience and will be at the top of my list for future needs.

I dropped my laptop a week ago and Randy got me in immediately. They were able to get things figured out faster than expected and were upfront about everything. As a college student with only three months left, it was super important to me to get my laptop fixed quickly without breaking the bank, and they did just that! Cannot recommend enough!

Don't waste your time.... The person who answered the phone has an ego the size of Texas. Phone customer service was a 0 out of 5. My laptop screen went out on my Asus. I pronounce the name Azoos and he was hung up on correcting me to ace-is. Ok..... Who cares I spelled the name for you. I told you the issue and asked for an estimate... He couldnt provide an estimate despite knowing the details that its the connector cord for an F15 or even giving me a break down like we charge X price for diagnosis, X price for labor then parts. This is clearly someone who doesnt like to be transparent or build good rapport with potential clients. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Look these guys know what they are doing my man matt Shannon fixed my aorus b450 pro wifi board which if you look it up online it's a really tough board to get to work real pain. He got all 4 of my ram slots working and diagnosed that even after the BIOS update that one of my ram sticks was faulty. Really impressed by the quality of the work, flexibility, and the staff. Now playing games with 56gb ram and couldn't be happier with the work done. Would recommend this place to anyone who has issues with gaming PC builds.

PC Surgeons are great, they know their stuff and are very helpful and kind. I had two screws that were stripped stuck in my laptop. They helped me unscrew and get them out. Matt was phenemenolly helpful, his help saved my laptop. I will highly recommend them to everyone. Go to PC Surgeons they are the best!
