Never showed up to give us the rental truck and trailer at 9:30 am like budget confirmed. We needed the truck because we had movers coming at 11:00am. We had to go to u-haul to get a truck and trailer( which where very nice and helpful). I Will never go through portage leasing or budget truck rental again!
