Terrible experience. I would NOT recommend to anyone.
Terrible desk staff. I asked to set an appointment. When I asked if he needed my info or name he said “no, I’ll see you then.” Clearly he did not set my appointment, and wasted my time.

Brandon and John were prompt and awesome in getting me in to fix my flat tires and my oil change. They're great guys to work with and bring some humor while you wait in the lobby. Definitely stop in to get your car checked out. ❤️

I scheduled my oil change + tire rotation a month prior to my appointment, however my car did not go into the service garage until an hour after I arrived due to a few cars running behind in the shop. Once we notified the front desk about it they immediately brought my car back and only took 20 min. I was a bit disappointed that it took 1.5 hrs but very pleased to have received a free oil change + tire rotation upon notifying our frustration.

First time using Quick Lane. I was impressed every step of the way. Ali was great getting me an appointment and explaining everything. First time someone ever gave me a ride home and picked me back up, Keith was a great driver kind and easy to talk to. Chris was the mechanic who serviced my car and helped make it a great experience. I will definitely use them again !

Ali was great when I came in with no appointment needing a replacement tire. She ordered a new tire from another location, got it delivered and installed same day. They also performed a free diagnostic and recommended some maintenance steps for me to take based on mileage. When my car started having unrelated issues that made it unsafe to drive when it was about to leave the lot, she offered to have them diagnose my car the next day and comped a rental car for me to take home. Because it was a small repair and she could see that I was a little skeptical since I just had a maintenance checkup a couple weeks ago at another mechanic, she was willing to comp the price of the fix as well. Glad they were able to catch my issue before it disabled my car on the road. Way beyond what I would expect from any mechanic or dealer. This is place is more than just a quick fix oil change shop and they know their stuff. Highly recommend if you have problems with your car or just need a quick tune up.

We like dealing with Quick Lanes as they are a part of the Ford family. We've had mostly excellent service at them. This one was no exception, at first. My husband had some tires out of balance that he took to another place closer to us that supposedly knew what they were doing. (They didn't). So we made the hour+ drive to Kent. They fixed the problem and we got an oil change. The problem we had was when my husband later spoke to Ali? I think her name is. He told her about an issue we were having with our radio and that our backup camera was under recall and we bought an extended warranty, which includes a free loaner car. He told her we would drop it off after 3 on Saturday due to his working and that was the only time he could do this. (He was working 68 hours+ a week). She said okay. We drive an hour only to be told that the rental place closes at noon on Saturdays. She tried to play it off like she didn't know what he was talking about, and she only vaguely remembered talking to him. Okay, fine. We talked to Brandon, and he told me he would take care of it to bring it in next Saturday, which we did. Brandon had some kind of emergency and wasn't there, so there was no vehicle waiting. By this time we're both a little upset, and Jeremy, the manager stepped in to help. After wasting 4 hours driving time, we weren't interested in wasting another 2 trying a 3rd time. Jeremy got our rental car, had our truck picked up and brought back, and was in constant communication throughout. He even wrote a very sincere apology and thank you note. He went above and beyond to fix this problem. Everything finally works fine, and we are 2 happy customers. I would recommend dealing with anyone here but that Ali person because of her apparent lack of honesty and integrity.
