The six for 6 tacos is a really bad deal. They should put it on the menu that what you will actually get is a small scoop of bean paste on a paper thin fried shell covered by a ton of lettuce. The only reason for the three stars is because the employees there are friendly and very helpful. For that same price I could have bought 2 cans of refried beans 30 tortillas with a head of lettuce and had 5 times more than what I received. There is no overhead cost in the world that high.

No matter the time I come here they are so short staffed food takes way to long and the also normally mess up the order. Been here three days straight since it's the only place open and have yet to get everything i order. which is sad cuz this was the original Sheetz in Kent closed for a remolde and reopens worse then before don't recommend coming to this one at all

I paid about $10 for a 4 PIECE CHICKEN Strip meal. I mean come on at least give me 4 pieces of chicken. This to me is only 2 pieces of chicken. I call sheetz, no answer and I waited 20 minutes for warm fries. For just reopening you would expect the quality to be better for an increased price.

The fries, all appetizers, mini pizzas, and frozen drinks are all phenomenal. I haven’t tried much outside of that. The workers seem to get along well and make each others shifts better which makes me happy to see, it makes it feel more welcoming, and doesn’t hinder their quick pace. Best Sheetz in Kent

Paid $9.29 for 2 pieces of chicken and a very small amount of fries, when it’s supposed to be 4 pieces of chicken and at least hot fries. Price needs to come down or I actually get 4 pieces of chicken

Decent experience. Waited half hour for an order... that was halfway incorrect. Thankfully, the manager on duty (Oct 7 2022 after 8pm) was understanding, and had my order remade for free. I was able to back up my claims with my receipt and uneaten food, so that played a part in my pretty seamless complaint process.The food was good quality, but in terms of Sheetz reputation, it was a tad below average, even for the remade order. Regardless I will probably buy from here again, thanks to management being humble and having a great customer focused mindset.Hopefully minor mistakes like mine are less common in the future. Looking at other reviews here, it seems I was not the only one to have similar "oops!" moments from the store staff.

My friends and I doordashed from this location and half of the order was missing. They had us pay extra for sauces and CHOSE not to include those in our order. Absolutely unacceptable especially if they’re expecting us to pay 1.00 per sauce

Bathrooms are disgusting. One toilet was clogged with paper towels, no toilet paper. Floors were sticky and the mirrors had hand prints all over them. One thing I have learned while traveling, if the bathrooms are gross, don’t order food there.

You should remove the old lady with short hair that works weekend mornings. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will be going right instead of left and taking by business to Mantua Sheetz.

Their pizza has made me vomit, their red bull smoothies have always been red bull + ice chunks, and their car wash ripped a plastic cover off my car. Come here for the gas and the snacks they ship in. DO NOT ORDER THE FOOD.

The positive part about this place is that usually employees are friendly. Sadly though, often they have had incorrect pricing so I would have to notify staff. Not on one occasion, but two.
