“Chad was so helpful in waking me through getting a refund for a box I had to buy for my Amazon return. Very kind and thorough. You don’t see customer service like this at all anymore.”

“I shipped a couple packages from there & thought they were shipped Fed Ex. I couldn’t find the tracking number & went back to see what happened & was treated very rudely by the gentleman working there. Luckily the owner Scott was on video talking to someone else & heard our conversation & could go back & watch the whole thing & fired the employee for the way I was treated. Scott also showed up at my door to apologize & tell me it was shipped UPS not FedEx which is why I couldn’t find it. What a wonderful thing for an owner to do. I will definitely be going back! Thank you again Scott!”

“I don't know why it has taken me this long to review Stow Mail Center, since we have been using them for years. I can't say enough about the friendliness and efficiency of the staff there. Julie is so personable and so helpful. It is just so easy to ship packages from there. I can't see going anywhere else-certainly not the Post Office! Anyway, I can't praise this business and its staff highly enough. They are great!”

“Great staff, 5 hours early unload (appmt 0700) and they unloaded me at 0200 and took 30 minutes to get it done. If you come after hours you might have to walk around to find out. Very helpful I love places like this”

“We had an emergency order that needed expedited within 24 hours, and Terra Roversi worked magic and found a way to make it happen. I truly cannot thank her and their team enough for the level of service they provide. They are 100% who I'm recommending to every business connection for big shipping needs.”

“Absolutely awesome customer service. I had to ship equipment I am selling out of state. I’m not in logistics so I didn’t know where to start. Gian was awesome! Answered all my questions and walked me through everything. Amazing follow up. They do amazing work and treat you like a family owned business. I shipped a smaller shipment with FedEx Freight and it was a nightmare. All American Freight Logistics really care about the customers and their drivers. The driver was also very nice and helpful. Great experience all around!”

“Awesome rental experience! My truck was clean and ready to go on time. The guy at the counter even offered me a discount to save money on my cross-country move. Picking up my truck was quick and easy, so was the drop-off when I made it to my destination out west.”

“I've been doing business with our local Staples for many years and have always been more than satisfied with the store and staff, all top notch. My latest visit was to return 2 mice (purchased in-store on my behalf by a relative (but not what I'd asked for)), pick up the mouse I'd ordered online, and to recycle the prior mouse (now sadly expired), which all went smoothly. But the next thing that Dee J. helped me with was above and beyond! Knowing that sometimes useable, but orphaned parts were recycled, I asked him, on a long shot, if it were possible that someone had dropped off an AC adaptor and power cord that might work for my Handycam. Sadly, the cart was empty. When I explained I'd been trying to find someone with a decent camera/smart phone to photograph my new glasses for warranty service, he stepped up, then emailed me the photo. What a lifesaver! Thanks so much!”

“There was mix up. The sender sent a letter regular mail, and the ups letter. The regular letter had the wrong zip code. He kept accusing me of not returning a signed document. It turned out that it was not the ups letter. The store manager was a real knob.”

“I’ve used this UPS Store for both shipping packages and notary services, and I’ve had a great experience each time. The staff has been helpful, efficient, and easy to work with, which makes a huge difference when I’m trying to get business or personal errands handled quickly. I really appreciate having a reliable local place where I can ship items, take care of documents, and know things will be handled professionally. Definitely a convenient and dependable stop.”

“I went in August 2, 2026 to ship 2 packages, one boxed and labeled, and one that needed a label and packaged. I felt bad as it was 10 minutes before closing, but the man who assisted me was efficient and professional. I just wanted to leave a quick review on here saying thank you for being so kind right at the end of the day. Also, to everyone complaining about their Amazon returns sign, y'all are crazy. It's not too much to ask for you to have your return codes ready instead of holding up a line while you learn to use a cell phone.”
