I called in and told them I needed a larger unit they said they do offer 48 hrs to move into a larger unit. And since I got my unit during the free 2 month promotion my free month continues until the end of my original agreement. Then I just pay the new rates. Austyn showed me my upgrade options by letting me see the larger units instead of just telling me the sizes.

Good place if you can get it cheap. Use the three months then it goes up to 100 a month for a small 5x10. They lock the dumpster so you can’t throw things away which I didn’t understand that. Other then the lady being rude about throwing trash away it was ok but pricey after the first three months Akron location I’m now in Kent location it’s just as nice smaller
