My son applied for an apartment. They told him they could not collect due to insufficient funds and he needed to cough up an additional 50 dollars. He asked what account they tried to draw from. They couldn’t tell him and closed the application. My son called the bank, verified there had been no attempt made to obtain payment. He called Jackson back and asked if he could talk to the owner to open the account and verify the account info. Jackson said he called the owner who said they could not reopen the account. He said if they started a new application the old one would show as insufficient funds and would be rejected and that he is not able to rent from them. ??? Someone needs to investigate what Jackson doing. He’s either incompetent or ripping people off. Make records of everything you do. Ask for a water meter reading every month. You will not get your 300$ back when you leave because it pays for past water consumption. Document EVERYTHING

The apartments are very nice. Some have spiral staircases going into a loft.

RENTER BEWARE. Staff have no idea what's going on and how to deal with people checking out, especially JACKSON. Upon completing my 2 year stay I dropped off keys and he said I was all good to go and would receive deposit back only to find out that was not case and would be charged all these late charges because I had a pending bill. Had he had done his job and looked my file up, all that could have been avoided. I had a friend who stayed in another unit have same thing happen to them. Seems like they are dumb, lazy, or shady. Maybe all of the above. I would avoid this place.

Beautiful place to live. Very safe and convenient. There's been staff changes over the years but the current staff is very kind and helpful, give them grace. I love it here.

The maintenance team is phenomenal and it is quiet and clean.
2/5 stars because our packages get stolen ALL THE TIME and nothing was ever done about it. There are no cameras anywhere on the property so filing a police report is a lost cause.
New management is terrible and do not answer phone calls or emails. Lots of better rental properties in the area to live that aren’t such a headache.

Great place to live. Absolutely terrible staff to deal with.
We lived here for 2.5 years and paid rent on time every month. I moved out of apartment 5 days before the end of our lease (Christmas time).
They charged us $300 break lease fee for moving out “early”. This was never in our contract. We were in contact for a month regarding this until they completely ghosted me and then sent me to collections while I was still trying to work it out with them. Do not trust this company. They will try and drain your bank account for all they have. Jackson is the worst one of the entire staff. Absolutely atrocious attention to detail and handling of paperwork.

They told us if we moved in by the 8th of February they would take a thousand dollars off our first months rent then we go to pay our rent and it was the full price thinking it was just a mistake on there end I called them and they said they lost the paperwork and had no proof of it so they still made us pay in full

me and my bf were trying to rent here a while back they were unprofessional we jumped through all these hoops getting renters insurance paying a deposit on the apartment we thought we were getting and all the pet fees just for them to wait a few weeks to tell us we weren’t getting the apartment… after all the money we paid haven’t seen a penny of it back i get keeping the application fee but the pet feee and deposits we had to put down ? not to mention how unorganized i told them the same stuff multiple times they kept forgetting who i was asking the same questions over and over just overall a bad experience and feel like we were robbed

I lived there for 7 years and am returning at the end of the month. Quiet, convenient, modern. Nice people. Can't wait to move back. People stay here for years for a reason. The application process is confusing for me and they require a lot of documents for approval. It's worth it......

This place is safe, quiet, and peaceful! The management is pretty good. When something is broken and requires to get fixed/repaired, they will take care of it quickly! The only drawback of the place is the water bills are a bit high. Other than that, I would recommend it.

Lived here for 2 years. It's a nice and quiet place to live. I've only had a few problems here and there but they were always fixed as soon as possible. The property manager was always nice and answered all my inquiries politely.

Absolutely loved living here. My whole friend group lived here, and it was great! The land lady was super sweet, and maintenance was always on point! May have been a little pricey, but the area and apartment itself made it absolutely worth it!!!

This is a lovely location and I live here for 7 years! . Not only are the apartments nice but the staff especially Renee is very friendly and pretty attentive to any issues.
