Townhall II

Hours: Townhall II is a helpful and welcoming institution for recovery and addiction. The people that work there are great, amazing, and wonderful. The staff is always trying to help the best they can. They are so nice, warming, and welcoming. They go way above their job to handle problems. The counselors are described as having literally saved a life and helping people work through anxiety and recovery. They help people start finding who they really are. The place builds community with amazing events. During classes, they always have child care available, which is more than expected. The staff makes children feel very special every time. One reviewer notes their child loves going. However, a significant criticism involves their Project Detour program. Townhall II continues to use a hotel infested with bed bugs, where multiple rooms were infested and people were covered in bed bug bites. This is a known problem. The staff on these weekends are great and made the weekend less miserable, handling situations out of their control, but the choice of hotel is heavily faulted. Many were unsure or dreading the program but found it very helpful. It is a 10/10 place recommended to anyone that needs help. Reviewers are grateful to be a part of this place and have learned a lot about themselves.
