I went to this location to pick up my truck, and they told me not only is the truck not there but they don’t even have me in their system. I showed them my email with everything confirmed that they should have my truck and they were like oops don’t know what to tell you. U-Haul customer service won’t pick up their phone. I am currently at a Penske getting a truck. I will be using Penske from now on because they are actually reliable.

Purposely dont answer. Had to go there to get service while hearing the phone go unanswered. Id fire.the whole lot if i owned that branch

Tried calling this location for nearly an hour. I waited about five to ten min between calls. Never picked up. Can't be a customer if you won't answer the phone. Their website reviews are awful too.
