I arrived here for lab services and the lab was randomly closed. There was no sign on the building door, just a sign on the lab suite door.

The employees need to be told what insurance the lab takes. My wife was told that they take our insurance on the phone, but when she got there...nope. I had to call around to find another place while she waited there. This is very unprofessional.

This lab is supposed to open at 7 am but they basically don't start seeing patients until 8am so if you need to get blood work done early before work don't bother. My husband and I waited for an hour and 15 minutes to have his blood drawn. We were the 3rd in the line when we arrived.
