I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Chris at UPS — he was incredibly nice and thoughtful during my visit. He went above and beyond to make my day a little brighter, even offering me some fruit snacks (which totally made me smile). It’s not every day you meet someone so kind and genuine. Thanks, Chris!

I almost always never have any problems coming here, make sure when returning something if it says you need a box, bring a box cause it costs like $7 to buy a box for a return.

First, I thought UPS could mail any packages like the post office. I always took my amazon returns here and didn't realize this was a few ex package. I went in at 2: 50, and I think they may have been getting ready to leave, I understand that, but I went to the counter and said I need to send this back, opened the paperwork, and she that's fed ex. All I said was you can't mail fed ex, and her attitude was so rude, said NO. I put my box back in the bag and asked her name. She said Rachel why are you asking and I said, you are rude. She said because I can't mail to fed ex, and I said no, because you were rude about it. I don't get it, what happen to treating customers with kindness, maybe a little smile instead of being a bitter employee.

Went into UPS Kent today with a package return from Amazon for my invalid mother. She couldn't get the monitor base apart and neither could I. I told the girl who waited on me and she said it is customer packing and that she was to busy to help and she walked away. That I would have to buy a box. Yes I had all the original packaging. The manager was there sitting in his chair and kind of just sat there finally coming over and was also rude. I would of liked to scream at them both. Customer service was minus 100. Hire some people that actually care to help people. Very Very Very disappointed.

The store is conveniently located with more than ample parking. The store is always clean and has knowledgeable and helpful staff.

My experience was mixed across two separate visits. The first visit, the lady who assisted me with the notary service was polite, helpful, and professional. In contrast, during the second visit, the older gentleman I interacted with was quite rude, and he behaved as if I were guilty of something. He showed a lack of care with my package and could certainly benefit from improving his manners and etiquette.

I came in to have something notarized and she charged me $20 I was under the impression that notarizing was free. I would have been happy to give her a tip but when she charged me $20 I swore I would never go back there again.

The store is nice and organized, and I really liked the younger girl that works there, she’s super kind. One star because the older man that works there just seems like a really grouchy person and talks down to people. just a rude bitter man, it’s sad to see honestly. hope he finds help and tries to improve his life! you would have better luck going to another location.

I've only had to come to this location a few times. Given that, every time I have went there, the store was very clean, easy to navigate and there is always plenty of parking. The staff is always very friendly, quick and extremely professional too. I always dread going to the USPS if i have to. UPS is way easier and again friendly. I hate to say it but most united states postal workers are hard to work with, post offices are usually open weird hours and is overflowing with customers occasionally. I love coming to these stores if i have something to ship if i can.
