Great place to buy a used vehicle. They were very honest on how financing worked and about the vehicle on the lot. They worked with us and got my wife in to her beautiful 2014 Ford Escape! Didn't beat us up we told them what we had to put down and they made it work with a very reasonable payment! Can't wait to buy another vehicle here!

We purchased a vehicle here several years ago. Our experience at the dealership was nothing short of excellent! As to the Kimberly gunter post she had no choice and she did call valumax before authorizing the transmission pan to be pulled to see if the shavings was in the pan and the tec even stated that this van had this issue prior to the purchase and valumax new it that is why he forced this customer to sign the as is paperwork and the loan company stated it was unexceptable that this happened before she had the van even 3 weeks the can acted up the week she got it she has spoken to an attention and she was told she has a case against dealership. So see you in court I advise that no one purchase from this dealership you will be ripped off and better business burure was notified and she was co acted back and an open case is bei g investigated that's is all. Thanks for your dis honesty and she has a right to be pissed.

The dealer valumax has lied to me since day one about the vehicle that I have purchased the transmission went out. It's not even been in my possession for 3 weeks bought the thing 2 2 20 for my vehicle has been in the shop already 3 times it broke down on me while I was driving it transmission went out it's a $6000 job they're refusing to help fixed the situation and rectify it when they know it is your problem. All he has refused to do is. Argue with me over the phone and tell me he will only give me $500 toward a $6000 transmission. I recommend nobody I mean, nobody purchase a vehicle from him. He will lie and tell you he just got the vehicle in 4 days prior or 2 days prior and then he will have had the vehicle since 2 or 3 months prior than that because I got the paperwork on it and he had my vehicle since October lie to us. The vehicle was very filthy on the inside and Dirty on the outside as well. I don't recommend
anybody to valuemax.
I am now paying a car payment for a
vehicle. I can no longer drive. I have to pay out-of-pocket but I am now getting an attorney. I did report them to Better Business Bureau. And I refuse to let this car dealership make another dollar for junk vehicles.

Rick was awesome! Very professional and kind. I found this car online, but unfortunately we were out of state t the times and I knew it would go fast, so we worked together and were able to get everything finalized! Will definitely be going back next time I need a car.
