There is no way to speak with the pharmacist over the phone, you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a callback.with the amount of people behind the counter someone should be able to answer the phone.

I can’t understand why when you call you can’t speak to a person. Now they have it where the pharmacy can call you back. How hard is it to call and be able to talk to person ?????!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Ohio. They never have your meds filled even if you’ve put in your order and have information that your meds are ready. If I lose my brain from goin on and off my meds it is THIS STORES FAULT! Find somewhere else that can run a store.

Rude staff, slowest pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. pharmacy staff is usually standing around talking, pulling other people in line in front of you. they have broken store policy and the law directly multiple times regarding controlled substance refills by not requesting ID even when it's already in my hand. the law is there for a reason, but who cares about that, right? they also didn't inform me of a medication interaction and it wasn't in the paperwork. just bad

CVS in Kenton is the worst pharmacy on the planet! I am almost 50yrs old and have lived in several cities and they take the cake! NOW YOU CAN'T EVEN CALL TO SPEAK TO THE PHARMACY! YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE and someone will call you back within the next HOUR at THEIR convenience! So if you need to place a quick call on your lunch break? TOO BAD! If you have plans for the rest of the day and won't be by your phone? TOO BAD! What kind of customer service is this??? They are CONSTANTLY out of my medications! JUST HORRIBLE and they wonder why they're having to close stores??? Someone at the top or more than one NEEDS FIRED!

Stupid pharmacist lady tried to tell me my insurance wouldn't pay for generic otc Zyrtec. Yeah okay. Needless to say I transferred my prescriptions back over to rite aid where they promptly and with no hassle filled my generic Zyrtec for me. Don't go here if you're poor because the rude pharmacist lady is just gonna side eye you for saying "no thanks" to a 20 dollar prescription that is covered by my insurance and should only cost me $2 max. Terrible workers, terrible service, terrible place. I'm glad I didn't get any of my medicine filled here because I wouldn't trust that lady not to poison me.

I have lived in several states in the US, and I still say that Kathy is the best pharmacist that I've had the pleasure to know and be a customer. She is still my favorite.

No issues. Sometimes the automated system that calls about refills is annoying but it think that's on purpose. ?

Don’t go there looking for help, because there just a franchise really more of a joke. Try Walmart pharmacy only a minute away n more than competent, n talk about hometown hospitality.B sure to Shop Wallyworld!
