If I could give a -10 I would. Friend and I stopped to go to the bathroom after road tripping all day and the lady with the dark hair in a messy bun, piercings, and rude tone behind the counter said “nope nu-uh. I close in 10 minutes I’ve already cleaned it. You’re not going” So instead of getting gas and stocking up on snacks, we went across the road to marathon and got our fuel and snacks and continued on our way. As we left, we saw her standing outside the doors smoking leaving the store unattended. RUDE. RUDE. RUDE.

I have been traveling for most of the day, I stopped at Fuel Mart to use the restroom. And the lady behind the desk said the bathroom was closed because she closed in 10 minutes. She was very rude about it. I was also going to get fuel, but with the horrible customer service I decided to over across the road to Marathon and purchased 100 dollar worth of fuel and snacks!!!

Went to buy beer on Thursday and the cashier tells me my identification is "EXPIRED/INVALID" which it isn't, didn't bother to look at my Out of state ID/license, and proceeded to get rude with me. Won't buy anything from here again. Am here for work. Way to ruin my time in Kenton, j**** I get you don't like your job, but I was just trying to buy beer my guy! Still sold me beer, by the way! Glad I'm over 21! (Also, have been to over 20 states where this same ID has been VALID in the last 4 years, good try!)

Feel like I was ripped off! Bought cigarettes said but 2 packs get $1 off each charged full price. Asked about it and they say d you needed a loyalty card which was NOT stated on sign.

I feel i have been done wrong by a connie a new employee who argues with all staff members in front of the custmers i have been a very very long time custmer not no more im done this person has made it known im not welcom e as well as a lot of other people higher manegment will not resolve the problem i dont recommend going there inless.you enjoy. Being treated with. A i hate you attitude. Along with new management is very rude will miss Terry and old connie Brent. Will go down road and get respect. Need new management and higher up needs to get .She also sabatoge coffee it was regularly but it tasted mint flavor what else is she doing . Beware customers go down the road .
