Expressing specific concerns about my haircut. It led to a bitter outcome. Sometimes, showing a detailed explanation of the desired style helps stylists understand the client's vision, It wasn't the case. Cause I did show her a picture. It was my second time giving them a try had a different lady each time. Will be my last time.

If you have all day to wait then this is the place to go. Friday evening 2 people cutting hair. Ladies doing best they can but when you check into app times aren’t even close to accurate. Initially said 50 mins turned into over 2 hours and currently still waiting.

They don’t listen to a thing you say. They go into automatic give you a trim mode and tune out any further instruction during the cut. TWICE AS IN two different visits I asked the women to put layers in my hair in the middle of our conversation and it was totally ignored. They were so tuned out in meaningless conversation that they didn’t do it. All they know is how to give you a little kid trim on adult hair. I should have know by the way they do their own hair, I needed to exit and go somewhere else. They don’t care about their jobs. You are just a number.

Checked in online. Came in on time and was asked what I wanted. I asked for a wash, cut, style. Was told with how many they had in line the can only do wash and cut. That’s totally unacceptable. If I was told that when I checked in I’d have had time to find something else. So they pretty much only do male haircuts today cause no girl in their right mind would only let them do half their job

Victoria is Awesome
Stylist: Victoria is fantastic. She can do more with a blow dryer and her fingers than most can do with tools.As is Gayla,Amanda,and Andie. These ladies know their stuff.They know their products too.

Nice people, good quick haircuts and good conversation while it's done. Never has an issue with doing the "extra" things like ears and eyebrows.

The girls let their friends cut in line also don’t bother paying attention to your wait times as even though it says an hour it’s going to be 2 hours they just won’t tell you until you’re sitting in the lobby. This is the 8th time. Shame on me for still trying at this point
