Front desk associate at the main entrance was very polite and helpful to get us to the right place. Nurse Alanna was very nice and polite and Dr.Kashk was extremely nice, caring, and funny. even joked around with our 4 year old. making the experience feel ALOT less like a doctors visit. Every other nurse we spoke to was polite and caring as well.

I went in the night before last on the 12th for a really bad ear infection... the male nurse "Pranced" around the room (I say that because he walked on his tip toes and lifted his leg behind him every time he was just standing there like he was posing for a selfie) made me very uncomfortable... the male nurse checked my ear said I had built up ear wa ( which was not the case) then left me for over an hour in serious pain I was in tears with how bad the pain was... offered me nothing I asked for a hot compress to soothe the pain and was given a cold rag.... the nurse said the doctor was in his office and he would page him... I was the only patient they had and the doctor did not show for over an hour I was in so much pain I was could barely understand him at this point... he looked in my ear just to tell me my ear was swollen from infection and prescribed me meds and left 20 mins later the nurse finally came back with something for the pain and antibiotics... overall I should have went somewhere else....

Omg man God help u if u go there God where has the compassion went? Oh my God. These people left me in the room for almost 2 hours. I was losing my mind didn’t even check on me or nothing and when I left they asked me if I could walk and I had gout in my foot, that’s how intelligent these people are. If you want to be a nurse, you must have compassion dear Jesus Christ above help them

When started to get horrible abdominal pain that kept getting worse, the ER staff got me in right away. Took blood, urine sample and CT scan. Turned out I had appendicitis! I was promptly given an IV for antibiotics and sent to Marion General for surgery. I can be awkward and dont know how to voice my pain scale well but they still treated me with respect which I appreciate. I've only been going to this hospital for care for a short time now but it's leaps and bounds better than Bellefountiane so far.On a different note, Dr Tucker is an angel. I have anxiety and PTSD from not being treated well by other people in her field. I haven't had a cancer screening in years. And she was calm and gentle with her action and words. Without talking down or belittling me. And that means a lot because preventative care is important for me to get. I was so traumatized by the last gynecologist I seen I ended up in therapy. I'm glad doctors like her are still out there

My husband has THE worst doctor at this hospital, Paul Wesson. He clearly doesn’t know what he is talking about, I truly wonder how he is professionally licensed or has the correct qualifications to practice. He ignored my husbands test results failing to mention his T3 levels were WAY below the normal rate, failed to tell him he was anemic at a previous doctor appointment, is misdiagnosing his thyroid issues, and is overall VERY unprofessional. I am extremely frustrated and upset with the level of care and treatment my husband is getting, we both are. Something needs to be done about this.

This happened June 6, 2023. I was cutting open a big bag of cat food when my cat decided to jump up and hit my arm, making my hand that was holding the knife come down and make a nice slanted cut in my index finger. I saw a big flap of skin stick up and blood. I grabbed some napkins and firmly held them over the cut. I drove myself out to the hospital and was taken immediately back to an examination room. Dr Chad Wright was the ER physician. He is a FANTASTIC doctor!!! He had the cut cleaned and stitched up in no time!!! He has EXCELLENT bedside manners and is very NICE!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH DR WRIGHT AND STAFF!!! The flap of skin is still alive and has reattached beautifully!!! Petunia says Hi!!! ?? ❤️THANK YOU VERY MUCH HMH FOR HAVING SUCH A CARING DOCTOR!!! ❤️My husband was there a few months ago and had Dr Collier. He is another EXCELLENT doctor with FANTASTIC bedside manners!!! He extracted the cysts out of his arms and his arms healed within a week!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH DR COLLIER!!! ❤️

Went last night to the ER for possible allergic reaction and passing out episodes only to tell me later on the blood drawn showed nothing. Told me I had a panic attack & dehydration. The nurse did not try to help me up and stood next to my door when I struggled to walk while doing a urine sample. Second the nurse took out my IV after being discharged and left it on the bed. She quickly left like my symptoms never happened, never asked if I was alright or needed anything. Please I advise new patients who come here to NOT go here. They are very unprofessional and was not feeling better after leaving.

Depending on which doctor you get, my experience is that the care goes from a 5☆ to -1☆ its almost like playing Russian roulette as to if you will get her or another doctor. It's sad because a couple of "b*d" doctors can cause people to label the facility and other staff as a group; in turn labeling them all together.I've seen several of the doctors and met and was treated by dozens of the nursing staff since around 2016, and I have to say I have gotten good, if not excellent care MOST of the time.I was listened to, treated well, and respected by the majority of the staff at my visits UNTILI was admitted for pancreatitis. Now, I know we all have a rough day here or there, so I don't expect everyone to be 100% all the time however, two doctors have brought shame to Hardin Memorial Hospital.I've witnessed unprofessional behavior and shoddy "care" and unethical actions.I felt I was talked down to and belittled every chance she got. Actually, I wasn't talked to I was talked AT.Both of the doctors were disrespectful to me on more than one occasion.

Took my sister last night and the Dr. didn't even touch her to see what is going on. This hospital mis diagnosed my dad and he died within a month. I will be taking my sister to a real hospital and making sure the insurancecompany is aware of her visit. Please do not go to this hospital if you want to live.

Dr. Karen Green was working the ER last night and had zero idea what she was doing neither did the nurses. They couldn’t get blood from our baby which mind you they didn’t even need to be doing that. absolutely clueless. they had to send to another hospital because they cant do their jobs. The doctor was completely rude. wouldn’t recommend AT ALL.

Brought my daughter here a couple days ago because she had been sick for a few days and wasn’t getting better. I was questioning if the doctor was even an actual doctor because of how unprofessional he was. He didn’t listen to anything I said and gave absolutely no explanation as to what could be going on. Just said he was going to Covid test and called it a day? Like what? He came off rude and I had to repeat myself to him several times just for him to still not acknowledge a single thing I had said. He didn’t even give me any advice on what to do to relieve her symptoms or anything? The lady at the front desk was great and the last nurse we talked to was amazing but the rest of the staff was genuinely awful. We waited in the waiting room for an hour or two, and then I decided to go get a water out of the vending machine (IN THE WAITING ROOM) which is of course when they decided to call us back. The nurse was rude with me because she had to stand there and wait the entire five seconds it took us to walk over to her after we had just waited an insane amount of time waiting on them. I understand people are under staffed and hospitals are busy, it was just that we had waited so long and she actually had an attitude over that lol. Honestly need new doctors and a whole new staff or this hospital has no hope. I will drive all the way to marysville next time just to get that expert care and professional experience every hospital should give.

Better than and urgent care but not by much. My wife was brought in by emergency squad after a seizure. When I went to see her the next day, after work, she was still on a gurney in the ER. She received none of her daily meds. Nothing to eat or drink etc. They promised a bed could be brought in but that never materialized. Staff absorbed with their cell phones. I can't recommend this "hospital".

Nurses were great. Doctor not so much. Did one form of investigation into why my wife was hurting. Found nothing said go home. This morning, no change called other doctor he gave other suggestions and was surprised they did not do. Now day later back in a different ER symptoms have not changed maybe even worse. They have already suggested a few different ways to figure it out and only been here 20 minutes.
