“My husband and I had an emergency with our small terrier mix dog, Puzzle, on Wednesday evening. We had never heard of your clinic, but you were mentioned to us, and we called. We were encouraged to bring Puzzle in, in 45 minutes, only a half hour before closing. We did so. Our beloved, elderly pet, was in pain and dying. Your staff was so very kind and caring, as they proceeded to put our dog to sleep. It was over in a very short time. Every person we had contact with, was supremely empathetic and spoke kind words to us. Thank you so very much for making a difficult time as easy as you could! We will speak highly of you, and already have, to everyone.”

“Our vet from bellefontaine was not getting to the root of our dog’s problems so we tried Oates Veterinary Clinic in Kenton and im so glad we did!!! Ravens first and only appointment with them and we left with actual answers!! They gave her anxiety medication along with some antibiotics. I know that seems so simple but our last vet absolutely wasn’t hearing us out and it didn’t ever feel like they cared. I regret not going to Oates sooner! Raven says “Thank you Dr.Oakley” lol”
