Drew at Staples in Kenwood demonstrated extraordinary customer service. He patiently expended time researching the type of toner for my initial purchase and he also did his best to ensure the most economic price.

Didn't catch his name, but the man working at the copy center this evening (July 8th, ~6:15PM) was extremely helpful and polite. Will definitely come back to this location for all of my print needs.

I went in yesterday to see if I could get my textbook unbinded and coiled into two separate books. The associate behind the counter insisted she could not do it, the bind was “too thick” and she would have to cut into the words in the book. Today, I decided to drive to the one in Mason where they immediately told me yes to everything I wanted. When I ask that store associate why I would was denied at the last store, the lady was unsure but said this wasn’t the first time she has heard of the Kenwood location denying customers.

Staples had great deals on Back to School Supplies. All the staff were very helpful and it made the shopping experience very pleasant. Purchased many other supplies as I am also a professor. Also, good place to purchase school supplies for donation such as Operation Christmas Child.

There were no HP 134A ink toner cartridge's on the shelf but the cashier was took the time to look for one and found one. With the Rewards program we were actually able to save some money on the cartridge.

I worked with the manager, and she made my experience memorable for life. She walked me through the rewards program, took the time to explain how it benefits me, and even made sure all my big-ticket items were insured before I left. She left no stone unturned and forever I'm grateful. I spend a lot of money in that store, and I never received the types of rewards I did once she showed me how to use the app properly. Thank you!
