Had speciality printing to do fora Christmas gift. Jhalana at the Kenwood store was extremely helpful with every aspect of the job. The store was busy but she never lost her smile or patience. It made our whole experience a good one and the project turned out great.

The employees/cashiers were helpful, but the apparent manager seemed very confused in general. He took a long time to help another patron and did not understand the Apple extended warranty of the product I intended to purchase, which the cashier indicated they could not help me with, so I did not purchase it.

Seems like a pretty good location. The employees greeted me as I walked in and they offered assistance. Checkout was quick and easy.

I am disappointed no one can cut my business card or finsh my business card in this store. I placed order over the weekend and now its will be another week till its finished

Couldn't get assistance with print and copy. Another employee and manager as well couldn't assist me either. Other than regular shopping i wouldn't recommend

Now I will say I was very disappointed in this store at first but I finally went in and talked to a manager her name is SAUNDRA and she was so niiiice! I thought I was goin to have to raise hell but she was so sweet and understanding even gave me information to help my business! she really was helpful and im surprised she listened to me rant! Didn’t argue she knew they were wrong she immediately apologized on behalf of herself as the manager takin full responsibility even though she wasn’t even ther when it happenedshe didn’t argue or make me feel uncomfortable and she jus gave me the cards no problem! This jus made my year I forgot why I was even mad ! Thanks again SAUNDRA !

Terrible. Don't order anything online from them and have it shipped to the store. They can't figure out how to have something sent to them. Then when customer service answers it's someone who can't speak English. Or understand English. It's a mess. This isn't how one should do customer service. You'd think that the fourth time they tried to ship an item to you that they would expedite it, reduce the price or something. But nope. Not a thing. I did get a "Happy New Year" though.

First I want to start by thanking David and his staff. I had my debit card shut off due to fraud alert and his staff was very patient with me as I dealt with my bank! Second DAVID helped me wrap my wife’s AirPods! Everyone is the store was completely friendly. I even witnessed his staff being confronted by unhappy customers who claimed they had coupons but could not present them. They politely asked the individual to call customer service to reissue coupons which the customer refused to do. I give these workers at Staples credit for sticking to their procedures and helping customers to their abilities. Too many keyboard warriors out there willing to shame people instead of asking for help or actually addressing the situation. The people at the Kenwood staples are beyond helpful and I will continue to shop there and recommend anyone with office/ electronic needs to this location! Great job guys

I recently purchased a new computer and monitor from here. They had a great deal going on and I opted for the additional set up since I was moving some old programs from windows 7 to windows 10. The certified tech 'JC' was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had some compatibility issues with a couple of my programs but he guided me to solutions that didn't cost me any more $$. To date, this was the 4th computer I have purchased from this location over the last several years and will continue coming back in the future. They have always taken care of me. I highly recommend.
