I love the local hardware Ace is, but their prices are high compared to other places. If they were competively priced I would only go to their store.

Purchased a tool there that failed shortly after purchasing. Did nothing for me to exchange without a receipt. I have rewards which should be under it. Oh well, 20 years of purchasing stuff from ace/Rockies just came to an end. I certainly will buy my tools and garden supplies elsewhere.

Staff incredible well nonlegable. Don't guess ask they put you right at part or will take you there. Kettering store is my go to store .

Ace is in a very handy location and I like shopping there. The downside is that prices are higher than stores such as Lowe's and Home Depot.

First time I was in one of their stores. it was very nice They have a wide selection of keys to cut and can also order you remotes for your car and program them there.

Not customer friendly - needed to break a bill and also needed a crimping tool. Figured I would kill 2 birds with 1 stone- they do not carry a simple sheet metal crimping tool- and refused nonetheless to let me break a $100 bill unless I bought something. You’d think they would have accommodated me since they didn’t have the tool. Nope. Old man acknowledged he is harsh. Will no longer shop here- not loyal to an establishment who isn’t loyal in return.
