I walked in needing two new windshield wipers. Admittedly it’s been a long while since I’ve shopped for them. So when the older lady at the counter asked me “what brings you in today?” I said “wipers and hopefully they come in packs of two.” She immediately says “No!” and gives me the biggest smile she possibly could without saying anything’s else. Instead of even trying to provide customer service and saying something like “typically they’re sold separately but we have some good deals” or just tried to come up with anything instead of staring me in the eyes, saying “No” and just giving a big fat grin on her face. Awful customer service experience from this individual, I don’t plan on going back to the store. Will only shop at rock auto dot com from here on out.

Mike- Eaton Manager supporting this location, was amazing. He was dealing with a call off right at opening and was busy with customers and a constant ringing phone on his own but he was able to manage all inquires with great customer service… definitely a keeper! Thanks Mike!

I needed a replacement battery . Lucas was very professional and helpful. He provided the information for me to make the correct decision on what was needed for my van. He informed me that he could replace the battery for me . He was professional, pleasant and quick . Lucas made an old ladies day . Thank you Lucas.

Needed a new battery for my van and didn’t have a lot of time, also had my 2 year old with me. The young guy working was super helpful and even offered to carry the battery out for me since my daughters a handful!
