I was disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm during my visit yesterday. I've never been in a bath & body store where I wasn't greeted or asked if they could assist me. The cashier asked for my cell number for rewards and then the price. She then hurried to help two other people who were looking just like I had been. She didn't even tell me about the reward that I had on my account! I really hope that the color of my skin didn't impact my being helped like the other two patrons. I wouldn't want to support a business that isn't friendly towards people of color. Please do better!

Very organized friendly staff and prices were very accurate and easy to understand and it was easy to get around using my wheelchair and the products smell so nice id definitely return 10/10 service and workers

I placed an order online at a different store and they didn't have the cologne I wanted so I went to this location and I found what I wanted I went to the front to ask about the deal I received when I ordered online at the other store they said they couldn't do it at their store no big deal I mentioned the buy 3 get 3 free she told me the $50 colognes were not part of the deal and sold within themselves so I left and went to the original store I did an online order at they happen to get in the cologne I wanted so I asked them about the deal I saw and she said that I could buy the 2 colognes and the deodorant I wanted and get 3 items free of lesser value than the cologne which was fine the lady at this location didn't offer any of that and was not helpful at all and the cashier was also rude and i will not be back the whole point of bath and body works is the associates are supposed to be helpful but not at this location go to the dayton mall location more nice respectful and helpful do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

My daughter and I went to bath and body works store at this location: 304 E Stroop Rd, Kettering, OH 45429. We are travelling outside the county and wanted to bring some as gifts to relatives. At the hallway at the store the signage says Buy 3 Get 3, and I even asked one of the sale associates if body spray included and she stated no, just body lotion, body cream, body wash etc. She said the Body sprays are $5.95. So, we went inside and grabbed a basket, my daughter and I selected several assorted body cream/lotions. After all those selections, we went to cash register to pay for our items. I asked the cashier to re-confirm that these body lotions are buy 3 get 3, right? She answered, no it’s buy 3 get 1. I said but your signage outside says Buy 3 get 3, and she just responded stated, that’s incorrect. And I told her you need to pull it down because that is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, and VERY MISLEADING. She just responded and said, “I will pull it down.
We were in hurry, so we just left some of our items behind and paid according to what she said buy 3 get 1. We had 23 items including body sprays and my total purchase was $231.82. If I wasn’t in hurry I would have asked for the manager.
We will not be back at this store ever again, false advertisements and misleading customers.

I love the variety of scents this location offers but don’t be black and shop here they will follow u around and ask you 5x if u need help If you pick up something to smell it or look at it borderline harassment and color filing! So if you don’t have tough skin while shopping here this location isn’t for you!!!

Went to pick up my online order today and I was not greeted by the three workers. I walked to the front thinking maybe someone was working the register since I was ignored. I walked back towards the front and the worker said may I help you. I said yes a pick up order. I made it be known that no one greeted me and I used to work at Bath&Bodyworks so I know that is a no no with the General manager. I didn't get a sorry either and one worker just looked at me crazy. I love this location now since they're in a much bigger location and I'm always in the area.

My daughter and I visit this location Tuesday evening. At first we didn't see any workers in there til we went to the back. The worker never once greeted us but continued to keep chatting with some in the back. Even when we went to register she looked at us and continued to have her conversation. We ended up leaving. We were in there for about 20 minutes.
