Could be the worst branch in the area. Went in to close a savings account and representative told me to just transfer online while I was there.
Doing this put my savings account in the negative due to a small transfer fee. This delayed closing the account and could have be damaging to someone who didnt check their account after.
# Staff should be better informed on that information and potential complications.

Had a little bit of a difficult situation that needed to be handled and worked with Matt. I cannot speak highly enough about how great Matt was. Best experience I've ever had. Customer for life.

This location is fantastic! The clean, modern interior is very inviting. The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Reading some of the other reviews, I also had an issue with the ATM in the drive-thru but didn't have any issues today; appears to have been resolved. I would highly recommend this location to others.

Visited this location and was unable to deposit cash in ATM. Had to go inside and it was near closing time, tellers weren't very friendly and seemed bothered by having to assist. I will no longer be going to this Chase.

Everytime I've tried to use the new ATM it doesn't work. I drive farther to the oakwood location.

No drive thru. ATM won't take my cash. What were they thinking I'll switch banks over this

Since they moved to the new location both of their 🏧 ATM doesn't work, they don't take new bills for deposits, not $5, $10, $20 or even $100 dollar bills, and when I going inside after hours, the door for the 🏧 ATM still open and that makes me unsafe because one night it happened to me, I was inside for the 🏧 and somebody else came after me, thanks God that person was another costumer, and by the way that ATM 🏧 machine doesn't work for cash deposits neither 👎👎👎👎👎.
