What a Sunday! I’ve lived in Kettering a while now and I never really go to dots for a few reasons but I just needed to grab some lunch meat! Ham and Turkey just a 1/3 of a pound! The deli clerk was rude and told me “They didn’t have Turkey”! Ig she thought I was blind and didn’t see it before I asked! She acted like she couldn’t hear me! Shook her head like I told her to apply at dots and cut lunch meat! I didn’t cuss her out bc it’s Sunday and I had my child with me! I would never tolerate this mess on a regular day nor at Krogers ! I asked for it to be cut a certain way that was an issue ! ATP hurry up bc my blood is boiling ! I get to the register and the cashier made sure she kept her eyes on my daughter while she played with the squishy! Cashier my daughter holding a 1k phone I’m sure we can afford 1.99 or 4.99 for the squishy! Everyone don’t steal! NO MATTER THEIR RACE SWEETIE! I will never and I mean never go back to Dots! At work I’m going to kindly spread the word too!

Went for breakfast at the 'Bullpen'. Sign on the door said, "Bullpen closed today". Disappointing.

Was honestly surprised at the lack of friendliness for a small business. We generally are friendly with staff when we are shopping. Found them to not seem to care if we were there or not. Checking out was like we were bothering them. Male checker mumbled something incoherent. We paid and left, not to return. Lots of staff chatting by the checkouts.

Small store. Old building. Set up of isles seemed strange. Great customer service. Diner inside. Super busy, must be a local favorite.

It's a great mom and pop store, everyone is helpful and friendly, I know, because I was a meatcutter for them for 18yrs, they have the best meats in town, I used to cut the meats
