Horrible customer service and experience all around. I placed a delivery to my girlfirends resturant. They did not deliver it to the location I requested. It was brought 24 hours later by some random person completly melted and destroyed. After trying to call numerous times over two days to the resturant, there's no answer. Over 100 dollars of melted garbage and no one to answer for it.

Please update the hours that this shop is open. According to the faded sign that I'm currently looking at the shop is only open until 5:00 p.m on a Monday. This was a total waste of my time attempting to get here before 7:00 p.m. which is what is on the website as to when they close.

My experience was terrible. I ordered a cake for my best friends birthday and paid for 1 hour shipping. She didn’t get it until 5 hours later and they claimed I hadn’t paid for that. She was suppose to have it surprised at her job but they ended up having to deliver it to her home because it was the end of her work day at 4. I ordered it at 1130. She received it and it was lopsided like the box was side ways. She did not receive it as pictured. I was not compensated in any way and am upset about trying to make her day great

They went above and beyond. Had an order sent to my wife’s work and she had stepped out for the afternoon. They contacted her and delivered to where she was with no issues! Would highly recommend!

Order was wrong, when we went back inside and returned the wrong item the lady had an attitude about giving us the right order.. and the item we opened and returned was then handed out to another customer.. which should never happen…. Also the box design was wrong, it should have said I love you but it was just a regular box… won’t be returning to this location

I ordered my aunt a $65 strawberry arrangement for her birthday (valentines day) and got a card to go with it. Total was over $100 and when it came it was 2 hours late, looked like it was sitting out all day and nasty, card didn’t even come with it.

Email for verification and delivery confirmation never received. Manager never apologized unprofessional I DO NOT recommend this location. If only the customer service matched the commercials will contact corporate office.

The edible arrangements on Dixie in Dayton/kettering, Ohio is the absolute best. The owners the customer service they make sure they see about your needs. Everything is fresh beautifully made, and amazing. I couldn’t ask for better service. keep up the good work I will continue to support.. you guys really are my second family especially a woman named Sam. She’s awesome. I believe she’s one of the owners /Manager really pretty and nice

Had a little mishap with my original scheduled delivery. Owners made it right 100%. Sometimes it's not how you start but how you finish. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Knowing the owners are that involved!
