THE ONLY WORKOUT YOU SHOULD BE GETTING FROM THIS GYM IS BY RUNNING AS FAR AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN FROM IT. I literally made a yelp account just so I could leave this review. DO NOT GET CONNED INTO JOINING THIS GYM. Honestly there's not anything wrong with the physical gym itself. HOWEVER...this place's corporate level is a f*cking cult. They make it impossible to leave. In order to cancel my membership due to military relocation, I was told I had to send them 2 of the following: utility bills or house/rental paperwork in my name, a new license with my new address, or a pay stub with my employer's letterhead (and my new address) on it. I am married and everything we own/pay for is in my husband's name. I work part-time for a small business that does not have their own letterhead on pay stubs. Going out of my way to pay for a new driver's license with my current address is ridiculous. I tried sending them utility bills and house paperwork with my husband's name on it AND our marriage certificate to show I wasn't lying. They did not accept. I now have to go get a notary to sign an affidavit written by my husband stating that I permanently reside with him, which honestly I find to be extremely sexist. I'm not the kind of person who gets offended easily, but seriously? Do I need him to write a notarized affidavit for me to wipe my own ass too? He has been across the country for three months on a military TDY doing pilot training...he does not have time to write up an affidavit and get it notarized.

If I could give a zero I would. They scam you with the cancellation policies and not telling you ask the information you really need to know.

Place deserves a zero star. Tried getting the lowest membership possible but was told I was the full plan had everything the facility had to offer which didn't seem very well kept. I was guaranteed I was gonna be able to cancel whenever and was then told I can't and I could either pay off the full thing or move 25 miles away. Manager is a scammer and he knows it and makes it impossible to quit

Extremely predatory contract at this gym. You are locked into a 3 year contract you can’t get out of unless you move 25 miles away, and even then they add obstacles to make it difficult to cancel. When you do finally make it through 3 years of paying for a lackluster gym you no longer attend, even if you verbally state on the phone you do not want your contract to renew, and they verbally confirm that, they STILL roll you into a month to month contract with NO notification! Then, when you call in again, they tell you that you need to submit a 30 day written notification to their finance department, and pay one more payment to this shark of a company.Seriously, stay away. It’s not worth 3+ years of wasted money. Highly recommend going to a local community center and paying back towards your community than getting ripped off by these jerks

Avoid this place! Substandard gym, missing equipment, and what's there is old, rundown, or broken, The front desk is a mess, depressing atmosphere. It's more expensive and you can't get out of their predatory contract. Check other reviews and the BBB, they all say the same thing. There are multiple dozens of complaints with the Ohio State Attorney for deceptive and predatory membership contracts. Avoid this place AT ALL COST! They are not a reputable company!

Great facility, open 24/7 staffed during normal business hours. Sweet floor room. Sweet leg area. Lots of TVs. Music that works. TECHNO GYM equipment too.

I can't believe I fell for this con. When signing up they stated we could cancel at any time. When trying to cancel they stated we should have known that we were locked into a 36-month contract. I specifically asked about the 36 month contract and was told that it was just regarding them being unable to increase the price for 36 months. I specifically asked if it could be canceled and was told yes. It cost me $1,500 to get out of this contract. I just hope this review helps one person avoid this immoral company.

Great place to get your work out done. Very nice and clean working environment. Nice amount of gym equipment to choose from. Good friendly service from the staff!

Trained here on a day pass and was very impressed. Camden the supervisor was very helpful in pointing out uncommon equipment pieces that this gym has to offer (reverse hyper, hip thrust machine, belt squat, pendulum squat) and I appreciated that he wasn't pushy in trying to pitch me a long term contract. The gym was clean and the culture seemed good. I personally saw a big strong guy helping a less big strong guy with a dropset, and strangers helping each other into position for exercises that can ave awkward start points.Ultimately I was happy I came out and would be very happy if this was my usual gym.

I love this gym. The atmosphere is great, plus they have childcare. They also have a pool for women, with a spacious weight area.

DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT. They market to teens and lock them into the longest possible deal legal in Ohio but I’m sure the owner justifies to to himself and along with that I’ve traveled the country gone to hundreds of gym and this is by far the WORST GYM IVE EVER BEEN TOO the service is terrible and bothersome while working out the gym is never clean the floors are always dirty I’d you get down to do some push ups there’s a giant chance you’ll want to wash your hands after the weight selection is terrible the cardio there just simply is t enough machines or equipment for the amount of people you may as well do it somewhere else also they will illegally overcharge you for late payment and when you notify them good luck getting it fixed even days after you know they are aware of it terribly run business driven by laziness and ran by losers

Honestly overpriced for what you get. Dirty and unorganized. Contract says it comes with A free guest pass but they verbally threaten and put up signs to void memberships for bringing your guests. Free weights are unorganized and there’s rust on most equipment.
