Exhale Yoga is my FAVORITE yoga studio in the Dayton area! The teachers are amazing and there is a strong sense of community that always makes me feel welcome!! I relocated a few years ago, but I still practice at this studio whenever I am in town! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good spot in town for hot yoga. Temperature could be 90-113F degrees. I’ve come here for few months now
