FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address, despite me catching this online and requesting for it to be held at one of their partner locations. They have continued to make excuses or direct me to the company I ordered the product through, even though it was their mistake. I absolutely hate using this company and try to avoid them when I can.

This is a glorified FedEx dropbox. It is located inside a Walgreens. The staff was very helpful and nice, so this rating is in no way a reflection on them. I guess I just expected an actual shipping department, which it is not. If you're just dropping something off with a label already on it, it would be a fine option, but otherwise I don't even know where you could go to do a FedEx shipment as all the FedEx locations in this area appear to be in Walgreens. Not very useful in my opinion, other than in specific situations. I ended up going to a UPS store instead.
