This is a wonderful place, and exactly the kind of people you want to deal with when you're trying to buy some flowers. They really are helpful, they actually offer you useful assistance. They can build things for you from scratch or you can select from a large array of pre-built arrangements. Everybody is pleased to help you and solicitous of your needs. For a masculine person who doesn't know that much about flowers it's very handy to be able to have a discussion with someone who can offer you some advice. It's a great little business in a great part of town and you should consider stopping by sometime.

This is a lovely quaint shop. The lady who checked me out gave such special care to wrapping my garden stones & placing them in a box for me. I was truly impressed with her customer service & care. I greatly appreciate it.

My husband always purchases flowers from this place and they are always beautiful but today I was really disappointed in how he was treated especially as a repeat customer. He was going to grab a tag for balloons to be blown up while holding flowers he was about to purchase and the staff immediately began screaming “EXCUSE ME” “HEY EXCUSED ME” thinking he was trying to steal! When he turned around with the cards no one apologized for embarrassing him! The woman at the Register admitted she thought he was going to run and didn’t have the decency to say sorry. Such a shame you can’t be black and buy flowers without someone thinking you are about to run out the store! They could have at least cleared it up, and he still paid for everything and left humiliated!!

First time shopper and will use them in the future. I called in a custom bouquet order less than an hour before I needed to pick it up, my bad, on Valentines Day. The lady on the phone told me it shouldn't be a problem and it wasn't. They were busy in the store, but still gave attention to customers without delay.
