This store is awesome. My husband chair broke over the weekend. We were having a party Monday night. I had to do something fast. I went in to the store the next day. Got a new chair and delivered it with in the hour. The service is the best!!!

I cannot say enough about the GetActive team!! They made a very difficult time for my family extremely smooth. Les took the time to show my nephew how to use the chair so he could teach my brother how to use the chair as he was still in the hospital recovering from surgery.They are absolutely amazing and would never go anywhere else!!!Thank you!!!!!

Been waiting 3 weeks now to get a lift chair fixed and someone was supposed to be here today Aug 2nd at 12:00pm to finally bring the parts to fix it and they have not showed up yet or even called to say they were on the way. Poor customer service if you ask me. We had to call every time we wanted an update.

Wow! Best customer support I seen in 50 years. They installed a lift chair at our residence. Aaron and his crew were extremely professional and nswered all questionswas well (30 minutes later) when part of the chair quit working. They promptly returned and fixed the problem (loose plug).Fast forward a few months and we called again. Aaron came out that day, diagnosed the problem. Left to gather parts and returned that evening to finalize the repair. All this done in a single day. He is always courteous and explains everything. Understands that for some customers these items are absolutely necessary. Does all he can to restore things to their normal.We would also like to thank Matt in sales. He provided excellent service and assistance during our purchase.Cannot say enough positive things gs about the way they treated us.

The owner was so rude, we waited for over two weeks for the chair to get to the store to even be able to see it, the owner and worker were so in-caring in the need of this chair for the lady who desperately needed the chair. So if that wasn’t bad enough. They delivered the chair to the home finally, sent two guys, rainy day. The two guys tried to leave without delivering the chair saying it was to wet and not able to drive through the yard. I had the lady tell the guys not to leave help was on the way to carry the chair and would be less then 5 min. The guys told the lady that she was delivery 3 of 5 and didn’t have time to wait. Well my repose to those guys, sorry, we waited over two weeks and had to listen to the rudeness of the staff and owner of the store about calling and asking about the chair saying “it’s covid everyone is waiting on orders, and saying we needs to be patient” then also saying “honey, everyone’s order is urgent”. The one guy wearing jeans and white tennis shoes was flipping everyone off and shaking his head when seeing he had to walk through the wet yard. Seriously, it has been raining all day and how unprofessional.

Clean showroom, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The stars aligned and our newly purchased power lift chair was delivered the same day! Very impressed by the experience. Keep up the good work! The lighting in out living room makes the chair look darker than the showroom but, love the chair. Husband said I did a good job with my selection.

Took my 92yr old grandmother here to try out new walkers, what a fantastic experience! The staff were extremely patient and informative, they answered all of my grandma's questions (no matter how many times she asked!). They let her make her own decisions and never pressured her, which was wonderful to see.They helped size the walker to her height, made sure she understood all the functions, and didn't mind her walking around the store with it for ages. They even spoke up and clearly enough for my grandma to hear them clearly.As we were leaving, my grandma saw a bath transfer bench, they helped us understand how it works, made sure she was comfortable using it, and we ended up buying that as well as the walker! They even helped us load everything into the car!Just an absolutely wonderful experience. Working with the elderly can be tough, but these guys absolutely nailed it, polite, patient, and helpful. Cannot thank you all enough!

Needed a cane but wanted a pretty one. Found exactly what I wanted at Get Active. They even adjusted it to the correct height for me. Later when I needed a new foam grip for a cane, Get Active not only had this part, but also installed it on my cane! As I had excellent service on these two minor purchases, I’ll be going to Get Active for any future mobility needs and I’ll be recommending them to my friends and family.

What a great experience working with this company. I was just looking for a certain chair and MedMart came up when I google it. After visiting MedMart, they didn't have the chair I was looking for and the delivery time was going to be several weeks. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait that long since my current chair quit functioning and I needed something quickly. The very nice lady that waited on me at MedMart referred me to Get Active and even walked me to the door and showed me how to get there. Once there, I was greeted quickly by a really nice staff. The young man that waited on me showed me my options and answered all my questions politely and professionally. After finding out the cost of the chair, that had all the features I wanted and needed, I really didn't want to spend that much. I went home and done some more research and found out I really couldn't get it much cheaper online, plus again a waiting time for delivery, I called the store back with more questions. I got a different young man this time, but still the same friendly courteous service. I inquired if they had the chair I was interested in, in stock with immediate pickup. They told me about all the chairs they had in stock, that met my criteria, and the color options I could get. I bit the biscuit and went back to the store today to purchase the chair. Again, customer service was great and friendly, and the guys that deliver went out of their way to load my chair and make sure it was tied down securely and wouldn't slide in the back of my truck. Customer service the way customers should be treated. As a bonus, a young lady who worked there asked if () was my son and after a few funny comments it turned out I knew who she was. Small world, great customer service, and I highly recommend this company, and especially the Kettering, OH location. Thanks to each one of the staff, I talked to or came in contact with, for making an old man not feel like a burden. Customer service the way customer service should be. Check them out!

My husband and I went to this store to purchase a mobility scooter. It was obvious from the start that the sales lady did not want to assist us. I asked where the mobility scooters were located and she shrugged her shoulders and saId "over there" and pointed toward a corner. We proceeded to that area and found exactly what we needed. We were prepared to purchase this scooter that day but that sales lady remained elusive so we left. Thus store does not deserve the one star rating but that is the only option.
