I can put myself on the schedule which puts me in line and it tells me how long it might be..I love this..I decide 100% of the time to get my hair done and want it done on the same day....I am 74 with thinning hair, so to do my hair you need to have patience and experience...I have always had pretty good luck...but this particular day, I had fantastic luck...her name is Jesse and OMG she is fantastic...don't think I need to say more...well, she does listen well

I've been to this Great Clips location several times now, and I've always had a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and they do an awesome job with my hair every time. I'm terrible with names, so don't remember who helped me today, but both stylists working were super nice and made the whole visit easy and comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Worst salon ever. Went in for a trim on my Mohawk. Lady said “you don’t have a Mohawk” and proceeded to cut all my hair off. When I said something, she said “I’m type 1 diabetic, sorry”. Management was unavailable. So furious….

The women who work here are quick and nice. It's always a relaxing experience and I've never had issues with my hair.
I get the regular cut, skip face or neck shave. It's cheap and easy to do at home, and also I'm not sure how well they trim beards, especially since none of them he E had beards(no. Offense, I might actually ytu it soon.)

Worst haircut ever it's not blended, bangs are wwwway to short, for finger length left me with different sizes of hair length on top, and didn't clean me completely up just on my neck

I may not return here. The sarcasm and degrading treatment I regularly endure from the manager here just to get a simple haircut is getting old. I consider myself a good customer, and even tip well for a simple haircut, because it's hard work to stand all day and do this work. But I'm kind of over it. Disappointed. blonde lady with the pouty lip was rude as hell. i didn’t get her name unfortunately. there was a father and son in line ahead of me and the boy was nervous about getting his haircut. dad was trying to be reassuring and she was trying to rush them along. as the haircuts continued she was shouting at this child telling him that he needs to hold still and quit moving. kids will be kids, sometimes you need to just take a moment to breathe. i go to get my haircut done and before i could tell her what i wanted done she cuts me off saying “WHAT ARE WE DOING” i try to explain what i want and she keeps cutting me off. i give her the benefit of the doubt maybe she's having a rough day, i try to do some small talk to calm her down and she would just gruff and groan and i finally took the hint and didn’t say and word the entire time i was in the chair. when i went to pay i think she saw that i didn’t tip her and slammed the receipt face down on the counter. as i type this, i still have trimmings from my hair falling onto my phone
i’ve come to this location a few times before but this was hands down the most unprofessional great clips i’ve been to.
