Requested style: They call it "A" asymmetrical? Bad layers. I didn't realize how bad it looked until a few people mentioned I could go back and have it "fixed" at no charge. Maybe miscommunication between the stylist and myself? Choppy doesn't describe it properly.

Overall a good experience. Positives: they worked to get the coupon to go through. The checkin is super convenient. Negatives: I smell like the lady before me bc the protector around the neck wasn't placed properly. Yuck. Also, there's no way she took off the amount I asked her to. Didn't realize till I got home and now I'm stuck needing another haircut.

My wife just went to have her hair cut and trimmed and they cut all her hair off!She said she wanted the top cut shorter, but the person cutting her hair took that as cut it shorter all over and completely cut out the perm she got 2 months ago!Great Clips didn’t charge her for the buzz cut, obviously, but you really need to watch what they are doingWe have been going there for about 3 years and never had a problem, I think sometimes they get in a hurry

Refused to wash my kids hair for the cut. Cut it dry even though she has partially wavy and some straight hair, it's not even even and it was just a straight cut at the bottom. Did this as a hold over to our normal stylist and remembered why I can't stand this place.
