Never try to force an upscale. They do advise what work they suggest and price it out on the receipt. They are polite and friendly.

This morning I called the Kettering Grismer to see if they would look at the used car I just bought from a dealer. I spoke with Andy and explained my situation. He immediately took time out of his morning and explained what steps I should take with the dealer, my legal rights and what needs fixed. All without seeing my vehicle or having an appointment. I then called Andy back later after talking to the dealer, who is going to fix the issue, and thanked Andy again. He reassured me once again and even gave me additional Grismer locations and names of managers to contact. He did this so when I get my car back, I can have Grismer do a bumper to bumper check before committing to the new timeline the dealer gave me to exchange the car if I wasn’t satisfied.
Andy was exceptional and reassured me when I needed it the most!
