I scheduled an appointment for my brother at this location and when he showed up they refused to do his taxes. They claimed they were booked but I explained that he had an appointment and no one bothered to call or text him to say that they would not be able to file his taxes. The staff handled this situation very poorly. This office works TRASH. If it wasn't so late in the year I would recommend he go to their competitor and have his taxes done. I reached out to corporate but these companies purposely hide behind technology so they don't have to deal with customers. These people are TRASH 🗑️.
