Wow, tremendous service. We had an antiquated keypad that wasn't working and two remotes that had stopped working. Michael the service tech came out, diagnosed the issues and within an hour everything was working. Thank you for a job well done. Professional, prompt and reasonably priced.

Very pleased with the level of service and professionalism.
The technician, Wes, came out today to replace a broken spring. We opted, based on the advice of Kettering Overhead Door, to switch to a 2 spring set up.
Wes exuded confidence and demonstrated skill as he attacked the job. Once done not only was the garage door functional again it worked far better than previous.
I really appreciated Wes. He was very professional and polite but also very patient as I peppered him with endless questions. Wes was very happy and willing to answer all my questions but also volunteered information I did not know to ask about.
Highly recommend.

Was told it was $125 or $150 to look at my garage door. The guy on the phone said it could be the springs and that would be $299. When the service guy arrived he said they don’t look at them that he was here to fix it. How do you even know what’s wrong with it when you haven’t looked at it?! The man ended up leaving and now I’m still stuck with a broken garage door.
They did a great job at installing my garage door but servicing is not that great!

Great service. Called on Thursday afternoon with a broken garage door spring. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. Service technician (Don) was on time and quickly replaced both springs in frigid temps (9 degrees). Unable to install new rubber seal that day due to cold but rescheduled for Wednesday morning. Again, arrived on time with another service tech (Lee) and completed the job in just a few minutes. Both Don & Lee were personable, professional, and efficient. Over the years, Kettering Overhead Door has installed my garage door, one entry door and two storm doors. I’ve always been happy with their products (Clopay garage door/ProVia entry & storm doors) and installation. One of the storm doors did have an issue with the retractable screen. After one attempt to repair the mechanism, they were quick to get the manufacturer’s rep involved and the door was replaced at no cost.

Great service. The team scheduled my service and had a technician out the same week. The technician knew exactly what needed to be replaced and adjusted. They made some adjustments to my door, installed a new rubber pad at the bottom of my door, and replaced my garage door opener with a belt driven style system that is extremely quiet. They were in and out within a couple hours. I would highly recommend and will use this company in the future.

We contacted Kettering Overhead Door with a request to have our current garage door looked at and to find a solution to the excessive water we have accumulated in our garage with each rain. We waited over 2 hours past our appointment time for the gentlemen to show up. Upon their arrival, we discussed in depth what the issues were and what we were looking to rectify. He took his measurements, wrote the info and then requested payment for the service call ($90). This was not discussed with me at the time the appointment was made but I found it fair considering it would be used toward any work completed.We waited almost a month for communication from Kettering Overhead. I phoned them several times for an update on the estimate, each time being met with excuses and finally rudeness. It was later that we received a text with an estimate which was not what we had asked for. When I requested the additional quote for the extras I was told “I'm still sorting through the piles of papers on my desk”. This I never received follow up to after.Here we are, over 2 months later with no official quote and out $90 for a service call that cost me money while I waited. Very disappointed as we used them back in 2021 and they were fantastic. We won’t be requesting their assistance again in the future and I caution anyone else doing so with an upfront estimate fee in place.

I bought a new sliding patio door from Tracy at Kettering Overhead Door. The sales process was easy. Bob installed it and did a great job. The new door operates so much smoother than the old door, looks ten times better, and is more secure. And the final cost including installation was $1000 less than the other quote that I got from another reputable local company!
