This branch allowed a checking account to be opened under my personal name with someone who stole my identity on May 19, 2023.They verified a fake identity of that someone with my information and that person took over $72,000 from Key bank in my name.The bank now sent this over to collections and they are saying I am liable for this.The fraud department did two investigations and they are still saying I am liable...I now have a detective working on this case and am in the process of getting a lawyer to sue this bank and this branch.This has been a nightmare. So many hours of my time wasted dealing with the multiple mistakes of this bank.They have allowed someone who had fake identification open up a checking account under MY Name and then they allowed that person to steal $72,000 from that checking account under MY name. HOW does that even occur?I have never even been to OHIO and will not have to use my own money to sue this branch.... This is unacceptable.KEY Bank Please look into this. My name in your system is the same name as my GMAIL account and you have the date this checking account was opened (May 19, 2023).I have no other choice but to sue after you have deemed me being liable for your mistake.

No one ever answers the phone. Left a message today at 9:00 Pam didn't call back until almost 2:00. I had gone to a different branch by then. No excuse for 5 hours to receive a return a call.

KeyBank in general has the slowest, least competent, lacking common sense tellers I have ever come across. I only have a savings account here and come once a quarter to take out fun money. Except for one teller l, the rest just take their sweet time have little to no customer service skills. After a few years here today I’ve decided I’m done. Over 10 min waiting in drive thru just to make a withdrawal. And the inside isn’t busy and there were no cars ahead of me.

If there was a lower score than 1, like -372 (0 Kelvin for educated people) I would have given it to this branch. A simple cash withdrawal took 10 minutes in drive-through lane. The teller couldn't find my account and I guessed that and pressed the call buttons twice to help her out. But she didn't respond.

I like this bank because of the smiles you see and the kindness they show and it's just right around the corner from me. When I was looking for a key Bank , my case manager introduced this Ä·ey bank to me and I'm glad she did....

I WAS TRANSFERRED TO THIS BRANCH WHEN MORAINE BRANCH CLOSED. I WALK IN AND THEY SEE ME AND SMILE, THEY TRY TO HELP ME WITH TRANSACTIONS , IF I HAVE ANY OTHER BANK BUSINESS THEY CALL OVER AND EXPLAIN WITH IS NEEDED , SHAKING MY HAND AND INTRODUCE THEM SELVES TO ME, I ADMIRE THEM AND IF SOMEONE IS LOOKING FOR A BANK I WILL RECOMMEND KEY TO ALL ......... I DO WANT TO SAY SOME OF THE FEES ARE HIGH ESPECIALLY FIXED INCOME CUSTOMERS

My ENTIRE family has used this bank for YEARS. Friendly customer service and we have had no problems. Not changing banks anytime soon. I recommend this bank.
