UPDATE: Stephanie called and lied saying I posted on Facebook when it was really this review they found my information out. I politely told you I'm not interested in speaking after four months no response. She wouldn't take that as a no, after five times and I hung up on her.Would never recommend such a trashy credit union... Instead of every addressing an issue they ignore or block you....

I love my credit. I have had my account since my 1st job at 16. Over the years they have been there for me no matter where I have lived in the country. When I was 18 with absolutely no credit they wrote my first auto loan. I had a bankruptcy in 2020 due to huge medical debt and again my credit union stood by me. Getting me approved for a visa to kick start my credit. In November they approved my auto loan with a good interest rate even with the bankruptcy and just this week approved us again for my wife to get a vehicle. Lisa has been our loan officer for all of our loans since I was 18. Always makes it easy and gets things done fast. I could not ask for a better bank/credit union and will probably always use them for our banking needs.

Worst service ever! The loan department is horrible! They constantly make mistakes with your account and then freeze your account as if it was the customers fault! And the president is even worst! He is rude condescending and arrogant! I will never bank here again!

I’ve been a member of the credit union since I believe 2010. I would not recommend them. Currently on vacation out of state. When I get back I’ll most likely be switching banks depending on how they handle a current situation that will be listed below. 2 horror stories. 1) a few years ago took a weekend trip to Columbus. Arrive to the hotel late at night. It was awhile back but I’m wanting to say it was like midnight. Bank was closed. They had blocked all transaction within the city of Columbus so our card was useless and had no way of paying the hotel. We were stranded. Called the hospitals trying to find a way to get in contact with the credit union after hours. No luck at all. Finally after a few hours of searching for straws online of trying to figure out how to get in contact with someone I found an article that listed the president of the credit union or something. I did a search on the guy and was able to find his home number. I called the number and thankfully someone answered. The plot thickens though. Turns out the guy was retired for a few years. Thankfully he was cool and he took my number and made a few calls and called me back. He ends up calling me back and tells me he got ahold of someone and they would reach out to me. A half hour later someone ends up calling and they got the block on the card removed. Anytime you go out of town you have to tell them or they block your card. I knew this from prior experiences of them blocking my card. Never would of guessed Columbus counted as “out of town.”2) the straw the broke the camels back. Another trip out of town. It comes from the trip I am currently on. I’ve rented a few items while out of town. All in all I’ve invested over $400 in deposits that get refunded. Turns out the bank is putting these deposits on hold. That money is factored into vacation fund and the bank is robbing us of this money while on vacation. Upon reaching out to the bank I’m told they can release it early if I have the companies send a letter to them or something. Sorry but I’m on vacation and don’t feel like dealing with that. My response to this is that’s fine. I’m on vacation. Not dealing with that. Just know if the money isn’t released today I’m switching banks. __________________There are some nice people that work for the credit union but beyond the two stories above there is just constant inconvenience. If you are not already a member, do not start a new account. We would of switch along time ago but the process of switching banks is annoying.

Won't let me close a credit card account. Costing me money for 4 months now. Sent 4 separate notices and they tell me they can't close it. Do NOT use! Worst customer service I've ever had. Rude and promise to call back and never do!
