They have put my child in danger, and charged me $30.They signed me up for their clinic but when I arrived, they were closed up. I was charged a $30 cancellation fee.Now today, 10/28 at 330, the female pharmacist said the Paxlovid my doc put on file for my disabled child could not be filled. He is back to school, so covid was likely and they put it on file. They refuse to fill it, first saying they don't carry it, then told me it's expired. Called the doc, it's not. Now we don't have time to get it filled elsewhere. I am in a wheelchair so it's not like I can drive around. Is this eugenics or incompetence? What do you have to gain by lying and hurting my little boy?

Today I thought I would try the pharmacy for a flu shot, with an appointment. It started with a 10 minute wait in line to check in, then I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I am so frustrated that an appointment time means nothing. The vaccination services should not be so heavily advertised, if the staff is unable to handle it.

Worst Service I have ever had!! Attendent screamed in a 70yr old woman's face and when I got a manager, Emily who acted as if I was bothering her and rolled her eyes at me. Will never shop here again. I'm also calling corporate.

Every since they lost Mr. Redman, who was a fantastic manager, that store has gone downhill it's dirty uncapped, and even the personnel that works there don't even look like they care about themselves, or even bother, washing their hands, DELI, MEAT DEPARTMENT IT'S SAD I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT A ONE, BUT I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE. IT HAS TO HAVE SOMETHING.

Would give a zero if able to. Worst experience I’ve had in a while with times and getting it fulfilled. Then go to pick it up at 1 on a Friday and they were closed! Does everyone have to eat lunch at same time! That decision is unreal! Whomever makes that rules to close instead of stagger I would love to chat with

Confirmed my appointment for 10 o’clock, showed up for my appointment only to be told that none of their doctors were in, and that they’d try to get in touch with someone. Fast forward 10 minutes and it’s “well there’s not much we can do”. Seems a bit ridiculous that there wasn’t even an attempt to let me know about the lack of DOCTOR for my DOCTORS appointment.

I walked up to the pharmacy window yesterday... Four separate employees looked right at me! It was a very chilly day! I didn't bother to ring the buzzer, I mean why would I four employees looked at me and acknowledged that I was there.. or at least saw that I was there. 12 minutes later someone finally approaches me.. and we go through the details of picking up my prescription. Only one of the three were ready.. although when I called the day before they said they were all ready for pickup. I was told by a pharmacy employee one time that Kroger's is notorious for giving away your prescription if someone needs it when they walk in... And when they are short on a medication.. so now I have to go back again. To pick up a prescription that they said would be there already. There's only one or two techs in there that are even remotely pleasant. Having worked at a pharmacy before I understand they're underpaid and understaffed and underappreciated.. so I can kind of understand their attitudes. It's really just sad though. They relatively corner of the market considering CVS and Walgreens are struggling. I've went down a cup size because my tatas froze off waiting... I can't afford this... But hey this is the world we live in now customer service means nothing!

Instead of the pharmacist telling me pro air inhaler will no longer be made. So she tells me 4 days ago when I went to pick up the prescription they were waiting on ,She said it will be ready Monday. So I go in there to get it she says oh they quit making pro air in September of 2022. Well since you are the pharmacist shouldn’t you let your customers that use it know?? I guess not. So she said call your Dr. Let him know. Ok well what am I supposed to do until then? I know you should use it as much as I do but I can hardly breath without it. So if your on pro air call your Dr. To get something else. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to meijer. I will know longer go to any Kroger. I guess I’ll be doing my shopping at Meijer and Aldi.Dorothy lane krogers needs new management. If you have bad management you will have bad employees.

This Kroger has the absolute worst pharmacy. My husband had 6 prescriptions called in from the hospital at 11:30 am. Arrived at 2:00 to be told none would be available until after 5:00. Ok so I came back at 6:00. 8 people in line in front of me. 6 turned away without receiving a single prescription. My turn! I was told none were ready and wouldn't be until after 3 the next day. I made my unhappiness known. The pharmacist came out and told me to take my prescriptions to CVS where they don't have anyone working. Still the next day they all weren't ready. The lines are ridiculously long and service is atrocious. Go to a different pharmacy! These people don't care!

If I could give 0 starts I would. lines are always super long they never can get meds done on time. I recently had a problem with my medication due to insurance codes they didn't have they advised me to call my insurance to get it fixed. I called insurance was in the phone over an hour and they called the pharmacy to help them get the right codes the pharmacist flat out told the lady from the insurance that she doesn't know how to do what the lady told her to do and hung up on her. Then when insurance lady called back kept getting hung up on by said pharmacist. Then I called to get medicine transferred to another pharmacy because they have been so incompetent lately when receiving pharmacy called to transfer over my prescription the lady pharmacist said I didn't have any one file after calling and talking to a man named Matt the prescriptions got transferred. It is one thing to hang up on customers but to hang up on insurance reps because you can't do your job right is unacceptable. Not only do we wait 20 minutes in line for meds that are not ready but the unprofessionalism is getting out of control. Then to lie about medicine scripts to another pharmacy this place is getting worse and worse
