Open until 11 but they’ll lock the doors well before 11 so just go down the street to Meijer if you need something like medicine last minute or for anything really it’s cheaper all around.

Kroger is clean and generally well stocked. The problem lies in checkout. Store was packed. 3 available cashiers so I decided to use self checkout. I scan all items for a $156 total. Try to check out and error comes up that I didn't scan an item. Rude lady comes over and says you didn't scan all items. She goes to a video. I have 2 items in my hands. It shows me scan one, then skips forward to me scanning other items. She says, see you didn't scan item in right hand. Replays 3 times. Video skips and doesn't show anything. I dig out the can she says I didn't scan. I scan it again. Print out receipt and say see here it is up at the top. I did scan it. She says we'll you can go to customer service to get your money back. I go to CS and while explaining the checkout lady walks over and still insist I did not scan an item. I asked if the wouldnlike to rescan my entire order. CS was nice enough to decline. I just spent 15 minutes item by item compared to receipt. I scanned everything. To be accused 3 times with no proof is complete garbage. I spend hundreds of dollars a week at this store. Maybe if they would hire a couple of cashiers they could scan everything and not falsely accuse people of stealing. I have shopped Kroger for over 40 hrs and never had this kind of garbage happen. Do better Kroger.

I’m trying to be fair, the staff is friendly and great and this location is very well maintained and set up the drawback is pick up. They struggle in this area, one struggle has been accuracy in pick up times typically they run an hour late so for example if your pick up is 2-3 it won’t be completed until 3-4. This causes an issue with parking as there are only six allocated slots for pick up. I think the employees are doing their best to keep up with the demand however Kroger’s may need to hire more staff and allocate more parking spaces for the high demand.

Far be it from me to say anything. And I do mean far.
Areas to work on:
1.This Kroger has a terrible cart issue now for some reason? They never have carts it seems afternoon or evenings?
2.This Kroger pickup has been having issues with saying items are out of stock when they are not.
3.This Kroger has some rude cashiers at times (they've had a hard day, a lot of customers can be rude, I know how it goes). Bed side manor. A lot of customers have had bad days too.
4.This Kroger has a horrible entry and exit vs the design of their parking lot and walking into the building.
I'm not going to end this on a bad note. Managers and all employees are doing a great job here with what they're working with, please do not take my criticism as bad as it sounds. Just 4 points to work on.

Along with basically always having to check yourself due to no staff and crazy prices they have now put sensors on the carts that make the wheels lock up if you go out the produce side. So much for the handicap access on that side or parking on that side since you have to walk all the way across the parking lot now , won’t be returning to Kroger

I went to this Kroger after a 2 yr hiatus. I walked in and WOW! What a great change…it’s nice and bright, it now looks very similar to the Cornerstone Kroger store. I got lost & didn’t know where items were located but enjoyed a quick ‘look around’ and it was nice to see employees I know. I look forward to my next shopping trip.

In the last week I have purchased both watermelon and cantaloupe from this location and they were both basically inedible. If you're going to make all the food overpriced at least make sure it's not garbage. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Both pictures are of bad broccoli from the same bag. Supposed to be good for another 6 days. I really don't want to give kroger any more of my money, as spoiled food has been an issue for the last year or so. This happens no matter which Kroger I go to. Looks like Meijer will get my money from here on out.
