Thank you to Morgan,Sam and other employees including front end manager. They were very patient and nice when I held the line up for a long time on the evening of 2/10/24.I was so embarrassed. I was using the Anthem benefits card.I always use grocery pickup, but needed a few things. I'm in alot of pain from a spine injury,so it affects walking.I wish Anthem would approve online grocery shopping.Thank you Kroger employees from an old 18 year Kroger employee. Looks like professionalism is still no. 1 with Kroger!!!

First off when should I expect my W-2 forms for checking myself out? Second of all.. I went to Kroger's last week I had about 15 small items.. I went through self checkout.... Every other item I had to get assistance.... Then one of the items didn't ring up the sale price... So I had to wait for assistance... Something that should have took me 5 minutes to ring up and pay for and complete took me 15 to 20 minutes... I have to check out myself deal with the BS of the machine screwing up.... The prices are up at the grocery store... And I have to beg for a coupon on my stupid app.... Doesn't seem right to me... I knew I should have married a farmer! Kroger's suck donkey butt! Next time I might mess up my order on purpose and really annoyed the person standing there overseeing us do all the work... I'll be sure I come early and have plenty of time... Thanks Biden!

I usually don't have any issues getting chicken from the deli, But today I stood there for like 15 to 20 minutes while the lady working helped customer after customer but ignored me. I tried to flag her down a couple of times and tell her I've been waiting over here but she just acted like she didn't see me. There were two other people standing with me and they also just walked away after a while because they were being ignored. I can understand being short-staffed but that's a little ridiculous.

EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION!!I was in your store yesterday morning, and I have never had a cashier as friendly as Donald nor as fast. Most of the cashiers nowadays take their time and huff and puff when they have to ring a big order but Donald was happy to do it with a smile on his face, he made conversation and was so friendly, which you never get going into Kroger anymore. John also was very helpful and assisted me with pushing a car out to the car, and he was very happy to do so as well. You can tell these two gentlemen are happy to be at work and it shows and I hope they get recognized because it is earned, especially today when the work ethic is horrible and this generation rubs off on most people and the rest of them typically get lazy with these young ones.

Often out of what we usually get so we do most of our big shopping in Centerville, but when we do come it's usually in and out, occasionally will do a big shop if we ain't up to driving to Centerville, hardly ever have the car carts in the lobby most are sitting outside, Donald the cashier has been there a good minute but he's also so rushy rushy, usually when I go in I have at least my toddler with me and sometimes my oldest as well... I do what's BEST for me and what's EASIEST for me. If I have different brand/kind of bottled drinks or sodas I'll place them up there and usually with an attitude he tells me not to do that... if I feel it's easiest for me I'm going to do it and he needs to accept it. If I'm spending $$$ in there and I'm ready to get out then I'm going to do what I gotta do that makes it easiest for me. Today he ended up ringing up another customer before fully finishing with my order that's unacceptable. Even lost an item of me.. granted the item was just .59 but wouldn't of happened if he'd just finished my order (bagging) before helping someone else.

Very rude morning cashiers; not great night cashiers. Go to the e.stroop store to get way better service.

Joyce the cashier is rude & has a smart mouth she will in fact piss you off. If you hate your job maybe quit & not take your anger out on other people. Also store had moldy products & expired. I normally don’t even come to this location as I’m from Beavercreek, I happen to be shopping for someone else but I will not be back to this location.

Every since they lost Mr. Redman, who was a fantastic manager, that store has gone downhill it's dirty uncapped, and even the personnel that works there don't even look like they care about themselves, or even bother, washing their hands, DELI, MEAT DEPARTMENT IT'S SAD I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT A ONE, BUT I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE. IT HAS TO HAVE SOMETHING.

If your kids are still in school, don't let them work here. They do not respect their availability or the fact that they are minors and still in school. They called my daughters phone almost daily while she was in school wanting her to come to work. Management would not take to help her update availability when systems went down, so when she would be scheduled to work when she had band or some other practice she would have to call off because of it. Ron, the store manager, was the reason she ended up quitting, for making her feel very uncomfortable and making her feel bad for the fact that school is more important than work. Great way to teach the kids responsibility Ron. You lost a good, hard and dependable worker. This store, gives kroger a bad name.

You need to get the Kettering police to start writting tickets for parking in the fire zone. It's all day every day. You can't even visit this location without several people parked in this zone at any given time because everyone around here feels so privileged it's ridiculous.
