Ordered 3 meals. Paid extra for sauce. All 3 meals were incorrect, and there was no sauce. Even after I asked the worker if they put sauce in the bag. He replied with, "yes". Thirty one dollars worth of food that was all wrong. Total waste of money. Basically, makes it seem like you have incompetence running this location.

Whoever rolled the breakfast burritos on 3/7/24 deserves a raise. These things were TIGHT! Not a single egg or sausage crumble outside the tortilla. The presentation was immaculate. Thank you burrito roller, for the care that went into folding the tortillas just so.

McDonald's is ripping people off! Charging $4.39 for large fries the size of a small. When asked I was told the new policy is large fries weigh 6oz...I'm assuming with the cardboard container because what I received was almost nothing. I called and the manager said if I brought them back he would reweigh them for me. No thanks, I'll go elsewhere. Wish I could upload a picture.

I pulled up to the order box to take an order. Another car pulled up on the other side had their order taken I asked if anyone was there. Dude said in a rude voice to hold on. And then three more cars had gotten an order taking before me. He kept telling me to hold on. I asked for a manager the manager got on and asked me what's going when I went to tell her about my experience and how many cars went in front of me. She said that doesn't matter. And kept interrupting me while I was speaking. Then said she's not serving me. I never got rude until she she started to interrupt me several times. Bad service and management.

You are going to try and gaslight me into thinking I was in the wrong for complaining about you getting my order wrong???? I have ordered from this location 6-7times since December 20th. EVERY SINGLE ORDER was wrong. Missing at least $10-$15 worth of items each time. And then when I call you last night about missing a sandwich and drink you are going to hang up on me? Do not go to this location if you want your food. The management is terrible and I have never felt so “defeated” in a situation than I have now. I tried to fill a complaint this morning over the phone with a higher up and he basically took the side of the manager from last night. Saying he had all the right to deny to serve me for calling them fools after they continued to argue with me. I will say he did handle the situation very well and put up with my potty mouth. And that he would look into it. But I don’t think anything will come of the situation. Also it’s not enough to rectify the situation. Never again going to that location. How dare you make me feel incompetent and lesser than you for wanted my moneys worth.Plus the night shift manager was speaking about someone who previously worked at that location and spreading their information about how and why they got fired. As if it’s not confidential information. All because I said I would go to that person and launch a complaint through them.They also have tried to gaslight me a different time already. I have a friend who works at that location and I ordered food, through DoorDash, before they got off work. My food arrives and I’m missing a sandwich. So I call the location and tell them and they said the same thing. “We put it in the bag, look again”. I tell them I did and it’s not there. And they insisted they put it in the bag. So I tell them never mind I’m not arguing with them. so then they hang up on me. Then I call my friend and ask them to look at the food warmer where the sandwiches get sent up to. Lo and behold it’s sitting right there.i promise it was mine because my boyfriend only gets his sandwich no pickle, no mustard, add mayo. And the tag said it. It had my order number on it. And they still tried to gaslight my friend saying it’s not and the sandwich was in the bag.Anyways if you are reading still. Do not support or go to the STROOP McDonald’s.

Their app never works. The night manger after midnight is very rude and unprofessional. Acts as if this is the customers fault. This has happened several times at this location.
