“Hit or miss.
There is one person there who can draw my blood with such skill, he could probably draw my blood with his eyes closed. He gets the blood within seconds every single time. The other staff is not as skilled, last time it took two different girls who ended up sticking me four times for a simple blood test. The staff is all very friendly and the wait times are usually extremely quick, but some of the phlebotomists are excellent while others seem like they are just guessing and hit the veins by chance.”
“In and out fast, answered all of my questions perfectly, no hassle or hold ups and results delivered quickly. Definitely recommend for employers and private testers alike.”

“I am an extremely hard stick and many people have failed to draw my blood.. trying both my arms and hands. Tiffany at Compunet (ground floor of MVM main campus Dayton) was able to stick me instantly ??. Would definitely recommend if you’ve had some past needle trauma and know you’re harder to draw on. No pain, quick and easy. Thank you!”

“i have been going here for 3-4 years. rarely have much more than a 5 minute wait! the main lab tech here is so gentle with needles. have been to other locations but the wait was too much. BE ADVISED: i highly suggest you bring a copy of your lab paperwork with you. sometimes a copy sent by your doctor by email or fax expires in a few days! i typically go between 7:30am and 9am and maybe twice in 4 years have i encountered a wait of several people. usually it’s just me and maybe 1 other person.”

“I’ve been to this location twice and have been extremely pleased with the help I’ve received. The first time, I was unable to actually have my lab work done due to an error on my doctor’s part but the receptionist tried her best to help me out - even contacting two different locations for my doctor so that I didn’t have to just leave and reschedule. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty.
The second time I went, I was able to actually get the work done and talk about a stellar crew! Although I didn’t have an appointment, and there were 8 people ahead of me when I arrived, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. It would have been even faster but the first two gentlemen had issues with their orders, and again, the receptionist went above and beyond to help them.
Everyone I’ve encountered there has been helpful, efficient, and kind even when others (the patients) didn’t necessarily reciprocate. I encourage patients to remember that the workers are at the mercy of the doctors writing the orders and the insurance companies. These workers have a thankless job - we should all be appreciative that they are willing to do it.”
