Ordered a cake for my son’s 13th birthday. The cake they advertised and we picked vs. the cake we got. So upset. When I called they said the cake decorator had left for the day and to call back tomorrow.

Usually have no problem shopping there. This time,had a rude stocking person in the cat food aisle. She just busts out you can't be here. She should have asked how she could help. She then got rude again when I told her I would go elsewhere. Her and her co workers start talking crap about us,as we are in the next aisle, getting litter. I shop there at least once a week. Meijer you need better customer service minded people. I work in the service industry, word of mouth is everything. Try harder!

Was told to "get a life" by the door greeter as I left tonight. I have no clue why I was told this as I was smiling as I was leaving until then. Don't worry, I won't come back anymore. Merry Christmas I guess.

They have slightly different selections than some other retailers.
Store is always clean, staffed, and has awesome clearance if you look. I wish I lived just a few miles closer and I could forget the other stores all together ❤️ ❤️.

It is my go to for general super center needs. They usually have what i need and the staff is friendly and helpful. Deals really make or break my experience. With prices the way they are, there are fewer and fewer items that are affordable.

I can't believe this big change store does not take Humana food card for us elderly people there's a lot of people that shop there that could use this card but they don't accept it can't understand that not a good move that's why I don't shop at Meijer's no more
