I am very happy with the care our puppy and dog gets at Miami Valley Animal Hospital. Also the facility is clean and everyone of the staff is so friendly!

These people are incredibly racist. Especially the woman that oversees. I hate to say this. I truly do however, that is what it has come to. Stating things with hidden motives. Leaving things up in their air as if conversations were considered “taboo” I thought that they were better than that given I’d been with them for several years. They’re fake, flaky and choosy with whom they take in. Horrible place to take your animals because not only can they NOT even control situations with vicious animals but THEY CANNOT with hyper active animals. They will even groom your pet and if they cut/nick your pet, they will not tell you. You would examine your pet and see that they had to of been bleeding at some point. Then schedule just for THAT issue as well! These people that run this company are far ridiculed than any I’ve ever been involved with.They have people that work up there that cannot even spell the most simplest of words. It is quite sad. This company is the definition of true disappointment and Systematic racism and just sad.

We were seen within 3 minutes of arrival. We were there for our cat's annual checkup and vaccinations, and both the technician and the veterinarian were very thorough and efficient yet gentle with our cat, who was wary and curious but pretty calm. We had time to ask questions and discuss our cat's behavior and health and left reassured that the staff is committed to the long-term health of our pet.

A great team of vets and assistants working together with owner and pet. Exam was done with me present to help keep my dog calm throughout. Dr Newman was very helpful and asked insightful questions, and Lisa, her assistant, is my dog's new best friend!.

I appreciate being able to bring Pal, his regular veterinarian could not work him in until Nov. 9th and he needed his rabies update to be able to fly with me tomorrow. I am keeping your information and if anything comes up will definitely consider changing as Dr. Middlebrooks is staying two weeks out on appointments that are not "emergency." Thank you for your help with my problem.

I've been looking for a great vet to take my cat to for a while now, and I was so pleased with the care everyone provided at Miami Valley. The staff at the desk was extremely kind and helpful with scheduling, and our vet tech and doctor were calm, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell they truly care about animals and will help you with no judgement. Thank you all for your care.

I had called the day before and set up an appointment, asked if they did payment plans and they lady said yes so I was like sweet!! I just had been unable to immediately pay for the appointment because I was at work. Now I called again today, the lady's name I believe was Pam? Or something when she picked up the phone. I had called and asked about my appointment and to pay for it, she said okay and pulled me up and right before I went to pay, I asked if I could possibly get in sooner. THANK GOD I ASKED ABOUT THE PAYMENT PLAN AGAIN. Because the woman on the phone in a VERY snarky tone said "we only do payment plans for ***healthy pets***." When I was told the day before, even with my cat not being in a healthy state I could!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE IF THEY ARE IN BAD CONDITION!!! THEY WILL TELL YOU NO.Edit after owners response: I was very angry when I wrote this review. But my point still stands about the payment plans. I had even explained my pets condition the day before, he was clearly not in good health but I was still told that I could definitely do a payment plan. This gave me hope, then to find out the next day when I go to pay for the appointment that is not truly what it covers when I was told the day before it did? You can see were the anger started to brew. Also the lady that I had spoken to was a little snarky when I clearly didn't understand why I had been told two different things. Thank God I didn't pay for the appointment. Another point is when I say she said "we only do payment plans for healthy pets" she said EXACTLY that.

My Baby girl Kit and I love Dr Newman. She’s so friendly, attentive and playful but also thorough in her exam. We are always treated very well by all the staff. They are quick to help and patient.

We've always had a positive experience here...been bringing our pets here for years!!! We took our pup in for a grooming appt today and it was a new gal. She took the time to listen to us in what we wanted and needed done, and she showed us examples of how short a hair cut is with different blade sizes.

The entire staff was so nice and comforting and were so good with our dog Sophie. Been going here for years. Highly recommend them!
