This salon was amazing!! I had Laura š she was the sweetest and helped my pedicure experience be very relaxing! I definitely recommend! AND THE SALON IS SO CUTE INSIDE TOO OMG the environment was very friendly, thank you Laura and thank you to the other lovely ladies for making my first experience one to remember š I will be backš„¹š

I've had great techs and some that are not so good. Don't waste your time making an appointment, they will put a walk in before you even if you've reserved a time to accommodate your needs. What's the point of making an appointment if it is not honored.

I hadn't had nails on in probably 12 years. I was nervous but excited. I walked in and the girl that greeted me every kind and helpful. She told to go pick out color (black nails with a sparkly purple ring finger) and so I go and try and the woman Angela who will be helping me comes and starts pointing at colors. I say no and point at what I actually want again she points at the unwanted one again and she runs off anyway to grab it. I didn't end up with the nails I wanted but she made impossible to ask for them. She didn't ever have me wash my hands or clean under my nails, even though she asked me if I had just come from work. I was doing everything I could to try to be helpful and not a hard client because I work in service I know how it is. She drilled into my skin to the point I was bleeding and just said sorry(I just smiled and said not to worry) and didn't have me wash my hands or put anything on it until the end. One of my nails has a mount underneath of acrylic that was just left. Not a single nail on my hands is the same shape or matching length and they lean one way or the other. Not sure if this is an all the time thing or just a bad day. I know I'll be going someone where else and getting a whole new set when it's time for a fill in because these aren't it. I also didn't complain and paid full price and gave a tip because again I don't know what kinda day that woman had; I just know I'll never be back.

I went to the car and cried. Not only do I feel I was scammed for more money because the tech messed up and added length when she did the acrylic, but my nails are crooked & the polish isnāt even all the way to the top. These were done at 7pm itās now 1130pm and it looks like I need a fill in. Please save your money and go else where.
To be fair- the tech who did my nails offered to just trim them but said they werenāt crooked. However another lady working there told her NO.

I came in about thirty minutes before close not expecting them to be able to fit me in, but they took me. The entire thing was extremely rushed, the women cut my cuticles so aggressively to the point that I bled for almost every nail and it was extremely painful. She would apologize and do it again. Because I came in around close, they had begun pre closing while I was there. This wouldnāt normally be an issue but they turned the buildings lights completely off while I was there so the only light was the nail lamp. I called ahead and the pricing was not matched with what they said. As well as I called and asked if they did designs, the woman said yes, and then I came in and she tried to tell me they didnāt when there was a display of designed nails. It wasnāt until I told her I already confirmed that they did designs that she finally did them. The whole thing was so rushed, overpriced, and overall horrible customer service. Such a beautiful salon is not worth a bad quality overall.

Be Leary of their pricing. My niece and I went in and simply asked for gel polish and even called to get the price on it before coming in, they told us itād be $28. We have our nails done and go to pay and the total on the card reader said $98ā¦. I was in shock because we even verified it with them before arriving. I then told them about it and they offered a ādiscountā of $35 each. Our new total was $76. Still over charged for what we asked for.

I absolutely love this place, Iāve had wonderful experience with all the ladies and they are always so kind. Nancy is the sweetest and I will always have her do my nails.
