The prices are reasonable. The service is outstanding. There are a great group of guys working there. They were very helpful and patient. They helped fix a mistake that was my fault. Thank you. This will be my go-to spot for auto parts from now on.

Terrible place to work terrible place to shop rude management not only that when I worked there the ac was out for over 2 years there are elderly men ther that had to work in 95 degree weather and our corporate manager said stay hydrated I'm glad no one had a heat stroke I'm sure I could have revived them with a Gatorade that was never provided new store in fairborn is a joke as well over priced ballcamp parts with napa's name no thanks never again

Jason did an excellent job providing me with information on ananti-theft catalytic converter lock. Very professional, patient, straight-shooter, and personable. Was very impressed with him and the NAPA store on 4251 Linden that he works for.

When I went Napa to buy something out of an ad that they gave me but they was willing to sell me some most expensive version of it it was a jumper box and it wasn't I sell expensive one the one that I wanted what's $99 the one they wanted to sell me was $249 but there was the other ones that were less expensive but those were not the ones that will really just tell me so it felt like a big switch I thought that was the illegal I haven't yet talked to Better Business Bureau but I will be calling the Better Business bureau's soon

Not that I ever buy my parts from here, or would I ever now after the way they treated my husband and boys. Our church is having a car show/fundraiser and when they took the flyer in to ask for a donation, they asked what church. When told they replied ABSOLUTELY NOT. You’ve lost any chance of me or my family buying from you guys ever.

Wouldn't check a code on my car. They said they don't do that. I used to work there so I knew they did and that they just didnt want to. I'm sure big John, wild bill, or either of the Joes would have. Shame I won't be back.
