Usually had a pretty decent experience here until I went to cancel for personal health reasons. Front desk staff solidified that I made the correct decision. Not a judgement free zone. Left feeling humiliated. Thanks.Also be careful walking in because they are most certainly looking at you and talking about you. Absolutely pathetic customer service. And don’t tell me to call the manager I’m pretty sure one of them was him.

I have never worked out here lol I have a previous membership at another gym but I like planet fitness I go there to tan, their tanning beds are pretty good and membership is very affordable.

This is favorite planet fitness in the whole miami valley. I like fairborn too, but the Kettering location I tend to frequent over the others. I love the set up and their crew.

I would give this place a 10 star!! Very clean and the lady that checked me in very helpful and explained everything to me she’s wonderful!! Melissa is wonderful she has excellent customer service skills and is a plus to planet fitness!! My only thing I wish they had better parking as where I drive a semi!

This gym is in a great space. Plenty of room. Even when it’s busy, I have no problem finding the machines or weights that I want. The staff members are always friendly, and the facility is clean.
