The worst bank. 5 years of putting up with RUDE employees bad banking and bad bill pay.l Sold my house in AZ and they were upset because I put money in wpcu , a real bank . So I closed everything at pnc . Now I have no banking problems.

Christina is rude don’t knw anything and that why I closed my account with them today and I also don’t my family caz it’s not just that branch ever pnc branch I went the service is rude. Hardy someone there is nice.

Came here with some questions about my account and was directed to the branch manager I believe her name was Christina. After about 20 minutes of looking into my account she was unable to resolve my issue. She took down my email and stated she would contact me by end of business day. That was now 9 days ago. Not only will I be writing the bank in regards to her service, I will also be switching banks due to her lack of service. There is a gentleman that works there though his name is Scott and he is fantastic. I have never left the bank with an issue unresolved when he was assisting. If He happened to be at another branch I suppose I could stay with PNC but the lack of security knowing that a branch manager can't even return a call or send out an email is a little unsettling. I would visit the oakwood location prior to attempting to go back into this location and get anything taken care of.

They were very short staffed on a day I went in. Despite this and the fact that the person I met with hadn't had a lunch break yet, they were willing to meet with me to get done what I needed to get done. They all acted very professional and friendly.

Don't bother stopping if more than one person is in line. Typically wait time is 30 minutes. Its as if they they try to take as long as possible.

This bank just lost a loyal customer. Enough is enough. Why have overdraft protection if you continue to let fraudulent activity happen. Terrible bank.

Stood in line for 10 minutes to ask a few questions about my hsa account that I have through pnc. The teller got the branch manager who dismissed me immediately and didn't take the 2 minutes to ansewer my questions. I called pnc customer care, talked to them for just under 5 minutes and they were able to ansewer all my questions. The branch manager of this location couldn't be bothered at least listen to my questions.

Teller was great. He answered my question and when I asked for a notary he asked me to sit and wait on the lady in the cubicle (who was making calls). I waited a few minutes, she got up and told me someone else would help me. When I said it was a notary need she informed me that her 9:30 appointment had arrived and she'd be about an hour. This was 9:38 so the guy was already late and I had been sitting there waiting. So rude.
