Got my car back 2 days ago and drove less than 50 miles and now the check engine light is flashing. Not taking it back for them to charge me another arm and leg. They aren't the same without their old master mechanic

They don’t do engine work so ignore the thing on their website that says they do absolutely everything. Haven’t actually had the opportunity to try them, just wanted to point out in case anyone else is having this shop recommended for engine work that it’s not something they do.

EVERYONE at SCP is fantastic - great integrity, honest, only do what needs done and very reasonable. They value relationships and doing good work. My daughter bought a used car without warranty and the motor went out on her way off the lot. SCP was very good to us through that whole process. I rarely write reviews but I feel SCP Automotive deserves one. My daughter is a student at UD and we live out of town. Her car started making a loud sound and she was afraid to drive it. Upon doing a google search, I luckily chose SCP Automotive. Not only were they honest but they were able to get her car in quickly for the repair. Another bonus, they are close to campus. You have a customer in us!! Thank you again for your service!!

Highly recommend this great auto repair shop near the University of Dayton. My son’s car needed repair out of the blue. SCP got him in quickly, fixed the car fast and all for a great price!
